*Time has been set back one year to adjust for House of Yudah's membership into the UN in 1949 CE. Originally I had the time set at 1948 CE when they became a nation, but I see now that they did not put themselves under the Babylonian king’s thumb until 1949 CE. In Yirmiyah 25:12 and Daniy'Yah 9:2, YaHVeH has established a 70 year time line for the king of Babylon to be destroyed.

1 Corinthians: 13:12: For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

Scripture is taken from KJV and Revised Standard and edited to remove blasphemous names (Rev. 17:3), words and titles and to give a more Iybriy/Hebrew rooted understanding; edited also because the "Mother of Harlots" has inserted these names to cover up the names of YaHVeH/יהוה and HIS Ben Yahvshua/יהושׁוּע, and to counterfeit a Babylonian Greco-Roman "god", "lord" "Jesus" "Christ"…etc. and promote its demonic idolatrous pagan customs and "holidays" by replacing YaHVeH's Sabbaths (Dan. 7:25).

The weekly 7th day Sabbath begins at sundown 6th day of the week (paganly referred to as "Friday") and ends at sundown 7th day of the week (paganly referred to as "Saturday"). The annual Shabbathoth/Moed comes in the Spring and Fall. The Moediym were never part of the "yoke" Kepha was speaking about in Acts 15:10.

It is important to remember we worship YaHVeH seven days a week. We are to be consistent in our worship everyday. We are to cease from all our own work on HIS Shabbath.

Iybriyiym/Hebrews: 4:1: Let us therefore fear, unless, a promise being left us of entering into HIS rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.

Iybriyiym: 4:2: Because to us was the glad tidings preached, as well as to them: but the Word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with belief in them that heard it.

This is speaking of the Yisraeliym when they were being lead out of Mitsrayim/Egypt and also the Yudiym of Paul’s/Shaul's day that did not believe in Yahshua Mashiyach.

Page 2

Iybriyiym: 4:3: For we which have believed do enter into rest, as HE said, as I have sworn in MY wrath, if they shall enter into MY rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.

Iybriyiym: 4:4: For HE spoke in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And Elohiym did rest the seventh day from all HIS works.

Iybriyiym: 4:5: And in this place again, If they shall enter into MY rest.

This is a literal statement. If we go back to B`reshiyth/Genesis 2:2: this is the first place the Word of YaHVeH [Yahshua Mashiyach] speaks of His Rest!

Iybriyiym: 4:6: Seeing therefore it remains that some must enter into it and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:

Emissary Shaul is speaking of the Yisraeliy who did not enter it (read Shemoth/Exodus 16; Yechizki’Yah/Ezek. 20:12 -13); Notice in verse 13 it was the House of Yisrael and not so much the House of Yahudah that would not enter YaHVeH’s Sabbaths); And now those in YaHVeH's Ekklesia/Called out/Body of Yahvshua have entered it and those YaHVeH has yet to call.

Iybriyiym: 4:7: Again, he limited a certain day, saying in David, Today, after so long a time; as it is said, Today if you will hear HIS Voice, harden not your hearts.

Shemoth 20:1; Yahvchanan/Yahn/Yohn 10:16 when posted please read this article:

Iybriyiym: 4:8: For if Yahvshua had given them rest, then would He not afterward have spoken of another day.

-- Revised Standard (edited)

Verse eight of Iybriyiym chapter four is referring to Yahvshua ben of Nun, the man chosen to lead the benniym of Yisrael after Mosheh died.

Iybriyiym:4:8: For if Yahvshua had given them rest, YaHVeH would not speak later of another day.

Iybriyiym: 4:9: There remains therefore a rest to the people of YaHVeH.

This rest we are not yet in and will not take place until the sound of the 7th Shophar/Trumpet when Mashiyach returns in the clouds and the dead are raised first and those who are still alive are changed and lifted off the earth, and our form from this physical body to the Ruach Body takes place in an instant; and then those who are left alive of all the tribes of Yisrael, which are still flesh and blood; they are not part of the 1st resurrection but they are alive when the 1st resurrection takes place, but not part of the Body of Yahvshua; they will be lead back into the Promised Land by the Body of Yahvshua (Yesha`Yahu 11).

Page 3

Iybriyiym: 4:10: For he that is entered into His rest, he also has ceased from his own works, as Elohiym did from HIS.

Iybriyiym: 4:11: Let us labor therefore to enter into that rest, unless any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

The seventh day Shabbath and annual Moediym/Shabbathoth is Ruach. It shows that you put your belief in an unseen Elohiym (Iybriyiym: 11:1). We know now that the commandments are right from Romans 7:12. Most people don’t have a problem with the last five commandments, it’s usually the first five and specifically the fifth (some call the 4th) commandment, which is the Shabbath commandment:

There are some who call on YaHVeH’s name but insist that the 7th day that many unbelieving Yudiym keep today and many people who believe in Yahvshua as the Messiah, and call on His Hebrew/Iybriy name keep is in error. They also claim that the time that Yahvshua walked on the earth in the flesh and the weekly Shabbath He was observing has changed and not the same as it is kept today. These same people track the weekly 7th day Shabbath by the new Chodesh, which nowhere in scripture was this method given to keep track of the weekly 7th day Sabbath (See V`yakra/Leviticus 23). They forget that the days of the week began before the sun, moon and stars were created; these lights were not made until the fourth day of creation week (see B`reshiyth 1:14 – 19). Also the weekly 7th day Shabbath can be witnessed at the time when Yahvshua the Mashiyach was offered as the Lamb of YaHVeH at Passover. If you study the four Messianic writings who many erroneously call “gospels” you will see that there are two Sabbaths kept almost back to back during this time (see Mark 16:1-2). The Mashiyach was hung on the tree/stake on the 14th of Abib, which fell on the fourth day of the week at that time, which the pagans refer to as “Wednesday” today (the 15th of Abib was an annual Shabbath/Moed), and He was raised from the dead on the 17th, which the pagans refer to as “Saturday”, which is the Shabbath the 7th day of the week. Also if you read and study Shemoth/Exodus chapter 16 where the weekly Shabbath had to be revealed to the children of Yisrael again because they lost track of it during their captivity in Egypt/Mitsrayim, nowhere does the Word of YaHVeH use the Chodesh to instruct them in keeping track of it; HE used a miracle to reveal when this time fell and not the visible signs of the light in the sky.

In Shemoth chapter 16 verse 1 the Word of YaHVeH recorded it was the 15th day of the 2nd Chodesh. The question must be asked was this the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th day of the week? As far as I can determine by reading the entire chapter it looks like it was the 3rd day of the week. Verse 13 looks to me that this begins the 16th of the 2nd Chodesh. Verse 20 looks like this day began the 17th day of the 2nd Chodesh. Verse 22 clearly says it was the 6th day, which looks like to me it began on the 18th day of the 2nd Chodesh. Verse 24 begins the Shabbath, which looks like to me it began on the 19th day of the 2nd Chodesh; so, the 15th would’ve been the 3rd day of the week, the 16th the 4th day of the week, the 17th the 5th day of the week, the 18th the 6th day of the week and the 19th the 7th day of the week, which began the weekly 7th day Sabbath.

Page 4

{Shemoth: 16:1: And they took their journey from Eylim, and all the congregation of the benniym of Yisrael came to the wilderness of Sin, which is between Eylim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after their departing out of the land of Egypt.}

Verse 1 clearly determines the Chodesh and the day of the Month/Chodesh that this revealing began. Verses 1 through 12 are the verses that YaHVeH describes what HE was going to do.

{Shemoth: 16:13: And it came to pass, that at even the quails came up, and covered the camp: and in the morning the dew lay round about the host.}

Verse 13 clearly says “…at even…” which would’ve brought in the next day, which would be the 16th day of the 2nd Chodesh. Verse 13 also says “…in the morning…”, so it is compacting the entire day into this one verse. Verses 14 through 19 describes what the benniym of Yisrael did during this time in gathering what they needed, and verse 19 Mosheh warns them not to let the manna lay up until morning of the next day.

{Shemoth: 16:20: Notwithstanding they did not listen to Mosheh; but some of them left of it until the morning, and it bred worms, and stank: and Mosheh was angry with them.}

Verse 20 clearly makes it plain that the very next day, which would be the 17th day of the 2nd Chodesh, after Mosheh had warned the people not to let the manna lay up until morning, they did it anyway. Verse 21 re-enforces that the benniym of Yisrael were gathering it in the morning; it also describes what happened to the manna as the day became hotter, it melted. Does this mean that if the benniym of Yisrael kept the manna cool it would not melt? It must be implying this or how else could it keep until the morning and breed worms?

{Shemoth: 16:22: And it came to pass, that on the sixth day they gathered twice as much bread, two omers for one man: and all the rulers of the congregation came and told Mosheh.}

Verse 22 plainly says “…on the sixth day…” which means this was the 18th day of the 2nd Chodesh and from this point it can be determined what day of the week the 15th day of the 2nd Chodesh was; it was the 3rd day of the week. Verse 23 Mosheh instructs the rulers of the people on how to prepare for the 7th day of the week, which is the Shabbath.

{Shemoth: 16:24: And they laid it up till the morning, as Mosheh ordered: and it did not stink, neither was there any worm in it.}

Page 5

Verse 24 “…they laid it up till the morning…” which establishes the next day of verse 22, which had already established it was the 6th day. This means that the 7th day weekly Shabbath at that time fell on the 19th day of the 2nd Chodesh. Verse 24 also reveals a miracle on this day; the manna did not breed worms, which verified to all the people that this was YaHVeH’s weekly 7th day Sabbath. At this point, if they were obedient believers they would now be able to keep track of YaHVeH’s weekly Sabbath; if they were not obedient than they would lose track of it and disrespect YaHVeH. Verses 25 through 26 Mosheh re-enforces at what time the manna is to be gathered and when not to.

{Shemoth: 16:27: And it came to pass, that there went out some of the people on the seventh day for to gather, and they found none.}

Verse 27 establishes the 2nd weekly 7th day Shabbath after the miracle of the manna not breeding worms, which would be the 26th day of the 2nd Chodesh. This verse also reveals, even after YaHVeH had given an unquestionable sign/wonder/miracle, that many people, no matter how clear the proof, will not submit to or fear YaHVeH, but this will be to their own destruction. Verses 28 through 30 YaHVeH ask Mosheh how long will the disobedient be allowed to continue to disobey HIM and what the benniym of Yisrael finally did.

Shemoth/Exodus: 16:29: See, for that YaHVeH has given you the Shabbath, therefore HE gives you on the sixth day the bread of two days; abide you every man in his place, let no man go out of his place on the seventh day.

Shemoth: 16:30: So the people rested on the seventh day.

Mattith`Yah/Matthew: 12:1: At that time Yahvshua went on the Shabbath day through the corn; and His limmudiym/taught ones were hungry, and began to pluck the ears of corn, and to eat.

Mattith`Yah: 12:2: But when the Pharisees saw it, they said to him, Observe, Your limmudiym do that which is not lawful to do on the Shabbath day...

Mattith`Yah: 12:5…Or have you all not read in the Torah, how that on the Shabbath days the kohen in the heykal profane the Shabbath, and are blameless…?

Mattith`Yah: 12:8…For the Ben of Adam is Rabbi even of the Shabbath day

Matith`Yah: 12:10…And, observe, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked Him, saying, is it Torah to heal on the Shabbath days? (That they might accuse Him).

Mattith`Yah: 12:11: And He said to them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the Shabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out?

Matith`Yah: 12:12: How much then is a man better than a sheep? That's why it is Torah to do well on the Shabbath days

How should the weekly Sabbath be counted?

Updated 09/13/7004* [5784] 7th day of the week [11/25/23]

I base my understanding on the weekly 7th day Shabbath on this account in the witness of the book of Matthew/Mattith’Yahu, Mark/Yahvchanan – Makabi, Luke/Ur, and Yahn/Yahvchanan:

Mattith`Yahu/Matthew: 28:1: In the end of the Shabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Miryam Magdalene and the other Miryam to see the sepulchre...

Yahvchanan Makabi/Mark: 16:2...And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came to the sepulchre at the rising of the sun...

Luke: 24:1: Now on the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came to the sepulchre, bringing the spices, which they had prepared, and certain others with them...

Yahvchanan/Yahn/Yohn: 20:1: The first day of the week came Miryam Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, to the sepulchre, and seeing the stone taken away from the sepulchre...

The only way you can discount or ignore this view is; if you reject the testimony we have of what Yahvshua did and spoke while He walked on this earth in the flesh. It is only through the words of the Chosen Messengers/emissaries recorded in these writings that we have a witness of Yahvshua so that we can believe:

Yahn: 14:26...But the Comforter, which is the Kodesh Ruach, whom the FATHER will send in My name, HE shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said to you...

Yahn: 17:20...Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on Me through their word...

Yahn:20:29...Yahvshua said to him, Taom/Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed: baruk are they that have not seen, and yet have believed...

If this is the case, if you reject these four witnesses, than you would also have to reject the witness that Yahvshua has come, died for our sins, was raised from the dead and is now in Shamayim at the right hand of the FATHER YaHVeH. Because it is only from these writings we have that testimony. If this is where you stand, then nothing I show you will convince you of why I believe the 7th day weekly Shabbath must be counted and kept track of. And the weekly 7th day Shabbath we now keep is correct, and has been correctly kept track of by believing Yahudiym.

Page 7

Now let’s look at the scriptures I use to base my understanding.

If you will notice Mattith'Yah 28:1 that the answer to this problem for some is found in the Passover account, the time for our Rabbi Yahvshua the Mashiyach to be hung on the tree. You must understand that in this account we see two Shabbaths taking place almost back-to-back. Remember Passover fell on the 14th of Abib. The lambs were to be slaughtered before sundown, so they were slaughtered in the 14th (Shemoth/Exodus12:6). The 14th of Abib was not an annual Sabbath. It was the 15th of Abib that was an annual Shabbath/Moed (V’yakra/Leviticus 23:6-7). This is why the Yudiym wanted this matter concerning Yahvshua the Mashiyach quickly resolved. They wanted it done before Sundown of the 14th of Abib.

Let’s read the account in Mattith'Yah 27:57 – 62 you’ll see that Yahvshua has been laid in the tomb before sundown of the 14th. If you will notice verse 62 it says,

Mattith`Yahu: 27:62...Now the next day, that followed the day of the preparation, the chief koheniym and Pharisees came together to Pilate...

Notice it says, “Now the next day, that followed the day of the preparation...” this “day of the preparation” is speaking about the preparation the day before (14th of Abib) the Feast of Unleavened Bread that will take place at sundown of the 14th, which begins the 15th of Abib, which is an annual Shabbath/Moed. The children of Yisrael prepared on the 14th of Abib for this Feast/Moed. So now you can clearly see that an annual Shabbath took place after Yahvshua was laid in the tomb.

Now the scriptures will show you that another Shabbath close on the heels of the 15th of Abib took place. This Shabbath fell counting the 14th of Abib four days later. So it would count like this: The 14th, 15th, 16th, and 17th. Today those that don’t understand would call the 14th Abib at the time that Yahvshua was hung “Wednesday”/4th day of the week, the 15th “Thursday” /5th day of the week, the 16th “Friday”/6th day of the week, and the 17th “Saturday” the 7th day of the week.

Mattith`Yahu/Matthew: 28:1: In the end of the Shabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Miryam Magdalene and the other Miryam to see the sepulchre...

It says “In the end of the Shabbath...” what Shabbath is this verse talking about? It is talking about the weekly 7th day Shabbath. Read article when it is posted:

Pesach/Passover (Not yet Posted).

Page 8

How do I know it’s talking about the weekly 7th day Shabbath, because I know YaHVeH’s seasons. If you do not know YaHVeH’s seasons (Mat. 24:45), and you go to read the account of Yahvshua being hung at Passover you will be totally confused, because two Shabbaths take place during that time. Remember Yahvshua said the only sign the generation He was in (while He was on earth in the flesh) would receive would be the sign of Yonah. As he was three days and three nights in the belly of the fish so would the Ben of Adam be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth (Mat. 12:39-40). Remember that in the Feast of Unleavened Bread that two annual Sabbaths are to be observed at the beginning of the Feast on the 15th of Abib (Lev. 23:6-7), and seven days later on the 21st of Abib (Lev. 23:8). The Sabbath spoken of when Miryam Magdalene comes to the sepulchre would be too soon for the annual Shabbath/Moed that takes place on the 21st of Abib. So it is clear that the Shabbath that ended in Mattith'Yah 28:1 was NOT an annual Shabbath/Moed but the weekly 7th day Shabbath.

Now there is another dilemma for those who don’t believe that the weekly 7th day Shabbath that is now kept is correct. That dilemma is Yahvshua Himself who walked on the earth in the flesh and taught His limmudiym (Yeshayah 8:16 just a side note. The Hebrew word for “disciple” is “limmud”. Notice this nebuah/foretelling is speaking of Yahvshua’s testimony and the torah placed INSIDE the ark [Rev. 11:19] to His Limmud). At no time in any of the four witnesses/Messianic Writing accounts does the Rabbi Yahvshua the Mashiyach try and correct the followers that they are keeping the wrong weekly 7th day Shabbath. We have this account here of Yahvshua entering a synagogue on the Shabbath:

Mattith'Yah: 12:9... And when He was departed from there, He went into their synagogue...

Matith'Yah: 12:10... And, observe, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked Him, saying, is it lawful/Torah to heal on the Shabbath days? That they might accuse Him...

Chapter 12 of Mattith'Yah would have been a perfect time for the Word of YaHVeH (Yahshua the Mashiyach) to correct the Yudiym and His limmudiym. This chapter is focused on the Shabbath because the unbelieving Yudiym did not want Yahvshua to heal during the weekly or annual Sabbaths/Moediym.

Mark: 1:21...And they went into Capernaum/Kaphar-Nachum; and straightway on the Shabbath day He entered into the synagogue, and taught...

This account in Mark starts in verse 17. Again Yahvshua does not correct the Yudiym for keeping the wrong Shabbath day.

Mark: 6:1: And He went out from there, and came into His own country; and His limmudiym followed Him.

Mark: 6:2: And when the Shabbath day was come, He began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing Him were astonished, saying, from where has this man these things? And what wisdom is this, which is given to Him, that even such mighty works are wrought by His hands...

Page 9

Here in the witness of Luke we have this account:

Luke: 4:14…And Yahvshua returned in the power of the Ruach into Galilee/Galiylah: and there went out a fame of Him through all the region round about.

Luke: 4:15: And He taught in their synagogues, being ga-dal/magnified of all.

Luke: 4:16: And He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up: and, as His custom was, He went into the synagogue on the Shabbath day, and stood up for to read…

Yahvshua had plenty of opportunity to correct His followers and the unbelieving Yudiym that they were keeping the wrong weekly 7th day Shabbath, but He doesn’t. His silence on this matter speaks volumes!

What about the Chosen Messengers? Not at any time do they try to correct the Yudiym about the 7th day weekly Shabbath:

Acts: 13:13…Now when Paul/Shaul and his company loosed from Paphos, they came to Perga in Pamphylia: and Yahn/Yahvchanan departing from them returned to Yahvshalam/Jerusalem.

Acts: 13:14: But when they departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia, and went into the synagogue on the Shabbath day, and sat down…

Shaul stands up in the synagogue to give witness of Yahvshua the Mashiyach and says (Acts 13:16 – 27):

Acts: 13:26…Men and brethren, children of the stock of Abraham, and whosoever among you fears YaHVeH, to you is the word of this deliverance/yeshua sent.

Acts: 13:27: For they that dwell at Yahvshalayim, and their rulers, because they knew Him not, nor yet the voices of the Nebiyiym/Foretellers, which are read every Shabbath day, they have fulfilled them in condemning Him...

Shaul does not hesitate in verse 27 to call the weekly 7th day Shabbath the Shabbath day.

Acts: 13:42… And when the Yudiym were gone out of the synagogue, the Goyiym/Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next Shabbath

I can go on, but I think you get my point. Yahvshua the Mashiyach and His Chosen Messengers did not try to correct anybody that they were keeping the wrong weekly 7th day Shabbath.

Page 10

This is how those who believe you should count the weekly 7th day Shabbath by the new Chodesh would count it; the first 7th day weekly Shabbath falls on the 8th day of the Chodesh, the next weekly 7th day Shabbath would fall on the 15th day of the Chodesh, the weekly 7th day Shabbath after that would fall on the 22nd day of the Chodesh and the next weekly 7th day Shabbath on the 28th of the Chodesh. You can go to Shemoth/Exodus 16 to see where the Word of YaHVeH reveals to the children of Yisrael the weekly 7th day Shabbath again. They lost track of it during their captivity in Mitsrayim/Egypt, but it is nowhere near determined like that at all!

I trust this helps you in trying to understand why I understand and keep the weekly 7th day Shabbath that has been counted and kept track of by believing Yahudiym (Romans 3:1-2). There is no doubt in my mind that those who are keeping the weekly 7th day Shabbath are keeping the correct Shabbath.

YaHVeH’s 7th day Sabbath and Annual Appointed Times, are they binding on the Body of Yahvshua?

Part 1 of 13

Update 04/18/6988* [5767] 4th day of the week [07/04/07]

The question of the weekly 7th day Sabbath and annual appointed times and whether it is binding on the Body of Yahvshua is a legitimate one. “Many” (Mat. 24:5) sincere professing people seem to think that it isn’t. I want to add, there are a multitude of Christians, who I am friends with and work with that are family oriented, moral and civil people, which I will stand with on these issues with no problem. The only issue I cannot stand with them on is how we are to worship YaHVeH ALMIGHTY. What does the Word of YaHVeH have to say about this?

Let me start out by saying I am not a Seventh Day Adventist, Jehovah Witness, Roman Catholic, Catholic, Eastern Christian Orthodox, Protestant (Which includes Lutheran, Methodist, Anglican, Episcopalian, Baptist, Pentecostal...or any other corporate man made business organization) or Messianic unbelieving Yudiy/Jew (they are still waiting for the Messiah’s first coming). I am a member of the Body of Yahvshua kept in YaHVeH’s name/a Messianic Yahudiy (If not by blood then by being engrafted in to the natural vine. Read all of Roman chapter 11) a Yisraeliy, (Yahn/Yohn 17:11). The Body of Yahvshua is not made up of denominations of men (I Cor. 1:10 – 15). There is no registration for the membership here on earth (Iybriyiym/Heb. 12:23).

Next the only authority a believer can go by at this time is YaHVeH’s written Word (Romans 10:17) through guidance of HIS Ruach (1 Yahn 2:27). Our foundation MUST be laid according to the order set out by the Chosen Messengers:

Page 11

Ephesians: 2:20…And are built upon the foundation of the Emissaries/Apostles and Nebiyiym/Foretellers, Yahvshua Mashiyach Himself being the chief corner stone;

Eph: 2:21: In whom all the building fitly framed together grows into a kodesh Heykal in the Rabbi:

Eph: 2:22: In whom you all also are built together for an habitation of YaHVeH through the Ruach…

We must study to show ourselves approved when handling YaHVeH’s Word (2 Tim. 2:15).

We must study to show ourselves approved when handling YaHVeH’s Word (2 Tim. 2:15).

I will begin to answer the questions that have been raised in a pamphlet that was given me concerning “Sunday and the Sabbath”. Christadelphian Magazine and Publishing Associated Ltd (UK) reproduced this pamphlet.

Starting on page 2 the writer says under the section “Old Testament Teaching”:

“We do not know whether the earth’s first population organized themselves by means of a seven day week. Whereas other periods of time (the day, month and year) are based upon observable movements of stars and planets, the seven-day week has no such basis – that can be found only in the explanation in Genesis. By living according to a weekly cycle, man witnesses to the Genesis account of creation, irrespective of whether he believes it.”

We must always remember that YaHVeH is an EL of order and design. We know that when a professional engineer or architect set out to build or design something they will draw out a plan. EL the AB/FATHER did not design and build HIS creation without a plan in place first. HE did not out of the spur of the moment say, “I think I will create earth and than put Adam on it.” No, our FATHER in Shamayim/Heaven laid out a plan, how long it took only YaHVeH knows. The ETERNAL is an EL of organization so HE expected those on HIS creation to be organized the way HE designed it (Revelation 4:11). You know when you purchase a car, computer... the manufacturer will give you an owners manual to show how to properly operate the device.

When the Word of YaHVeH (Yahn/Yahvchanan 1:1 – 3) created the earth and placed Adam on it in the Garden of Eden HE did not leave Adam to his own devices. HE did not just make him from the dirt of the ground and just leave him to himself to figure everything out (Mishley/Proverb 29:15). Remember Adam was much like a baby being born except he was created fully-grown. He had the body of a man but the brain of a child (Mark 10:15). As a proper parent our FATHER is, HE was there in the form of HIS Word (Yahn 17:5) the entire time with Adam:

B`reshiyth/Genesis: 3:8…And they heard the Voice of YaHVeH Elohiym walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of YaHVeH Elohiym among the trees of the garden…

Page 12

The Word of YaHVeH was showing Adam how HIS creation worked, the times and the seasons and yes, the seven-day week. So when the writer of the pamphlet says:

“We do not know whether the earth’s first population organized themselves by means of a seven day week.”

This is not true, because YaHVeH is an Elohiym who “organized” Adam and gave him direction. Adam did not sin by disobeying the commandment to keep the Sabbath kodesh. Adam’s sin was much simpler than that. He disobeyed the Word of YaHVeH’s command not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of wealth and evil (B`reshiyth/Gen. 2:16-17; Romans 5:14). The question is, was the commandment to keep the Sabbath kodesh given to Adam? I believe it was because YaHVeH changes not (Mal. 3:6). The seven-day week is, Elohiym’s, order of HIS creation, just as HIS annual Sabbaths/Feast/Moediym are the order of HIS seasons and plan of salvation. We know that the seven-day week was already in place because of what the Word of YaHVeH did after HE finished creation:

B`reshiyth: 2:2…And on the seventh day Elohiym ended HIS work, which HE had made; and HE rested on the seventh day from all HIS work which HE had made.

B`reshiyth: 2:3: And Elohiym baruk the seventh day, and kadash/purified it: because that in it HE had rested from all HIS work which Elohiym created and made...

There is something that Christians tend to forget when reading the book of Genesis (B’reshiyth), and that is that Moses/Mosheh dictated the writing of this book along with Exodus (Shemoth), Leviticus (V’yakra), Numbers (B’midbar) and Deuteronomy (Dabariym). Mosheh was in direct contact with the Word of YaHVeH (Shemoth 33:11), Mosheh wrote those things that were given to him by the Word of YaHVeH (2 Kepha 1:21). The point is that the Word of YaHVeH was giving Mosheh a record of what happen before Mosheh had been born, before Yisrael received the “law” (instruction/Torah) written down.

We can see from this record found in B`reshiyth 2:2-3 that right after the Word of YaHVeH (Yahvshua Mashiyach/B`reshiyth 3:8; Yahn 1:1-3) created in six days, it was on the seventh day that He rested, and set it apart from all the other days of the week. It wasn’t just one day in seven; it was on a specific reoccurring seven day week cycle. It was a time cycle that had to be kept track of and counted. If it did not need to be counted there would have been no reason for the Word of YaHVeH to count each day that HE created on (B`reshiyth 1:1 – 31). There would have been no reason for YaHVeH to motivate Mosheh to write (2 Kepha 1:21): “And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.” If it wasn’t important to count, why did not YaHVeH just say I created everything? HE could have said I created the light first, I divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters second, I caused the water to be set apart and caused the dry land to appear third, and so on. Why did HE not motivate Mosheh to write down in this way instead of the other? Why, because HE wants us to count, because the seventh-day is set apart from the rest of the other days of the week. So, from this we can see that since the beginning there was an “organized” work week formed and the Word of YaHVeH who was in the Garden of Eden with Adam (B`reshiyth 3:8) gave it to him.

Page 13

Continuing on page 2 of the pamphlet “Sunday and the Sabbath” the writer says:

“Even if, in the times before Moses, people organized themselves around weeks of seven days, God did not say they would be punished for not resting on the seventh day. They had total freedom of choice about this...”

The question goes back to than, what is sin (I Yahn 3:4)? If the “Law” (Instruction/Torah) was not around before it was given to the children of Yisrael than why did YaHVeH’s wrath come on those people in Noach’s day? Sense there is no law than there is no sin right? Wrong. What “Christians” forget is that YaHVeH’s Law does not have to be written down or spoken to be in existence. YaHVeH’s Law exists because it is part of HIS creation. It was designed into HIS creation. It doesn’t matter if your not aware of it, transgressing it is still sin.

What was the sin that Cain/Kayin committed? The first thing Kayin did, which led to his sin was not giving of his best to YaHVeH (B`reshiyth 4:2 – 6).

B`reshiyth: 4:7: If you do well, shall you not be accepted?  And if you do not well, sin lies at the door.  And to you shall be his desire, and you shall rule over him.

Kayin coveted (Shemoth/Exodus 20:17) the respect that YaHVeH gave Abel (B`reshiyth 4:4), which led him to murder (Shemoth 20:13; Yahn 8:44) his own blood relative:

B`reshiyth: 4:8: And Kayin talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Kayin rose up against Abel his brother, and murdered him.

Which leads to Kayin`s next sin, which was lying (Shemoth 20:16; Yahn 8:44):

B`reshiyth: 4:9: And YaHVeH said to Kayin, Where is Abel your brother?  And he said I know not: Am I my brother's keeper?

Kayin transgressed three laws that were written on the stone tablets placed INSIDE the ark given to the children of Yisrael (Shemoth 20). Now just because the law had not been written down yet, does that make it any less of a sin? And if Kayin didn’t think he had done anything wrong, why did he try to hide it? Kayin knew he had sinned against YaHVeH, even though the Law/Torah had not yet been written down on stone tablets.  Shaul/Paul himself addresses this when he says the Gentiles “...are a law to themselves” in Romans chapter 2:

Romans: 2:14…For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by instinct the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law to themselves:

Romans: 2:15:Which show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)

These article get into more detail on what Shaul really taught concerning YaHVeH’s Ruach Torah/Law, which was placed INSIDE the ark (Romans 3:31; 7:14).

What were the people in Noach’s day doing that was so wicked?

B`reshiyth: 6:5…And YaHVeH saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually...

If YaHVeH’s Law/Torah was not in existence than, how can man’s heart be evil continually (Mat. 15:17 – 20)? If the Law/Torah wasn’t given, than man can’t do anything evil, than man can do anything he wants and YaHVeH will not be angry, right? Wrong. As I have already said YaHVeH’s Torah has always existed, it is part of HIS creation. The manufacturer specifies that HIS creation will only function properly with HIS design plan (Law/Torah/Instruction).

How did Noach find favor in YaHVeH’s eyes?

B`reshiyth… 6:8: But Noach found favor in the eyes of YaHVeH.

B`reshiyth:6:9: These are the generations of Noach: Noach was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noach walked with Elohiym…

How could Noach be a “just man and perfect” and everybody else on earth was not? How was Noach able to “walk with Elohiym”  (Amos 3:3) and nobody else could? Noach was able to do this because he knew what everybody else knew but everybody else rejected (Mat. 7:14). He had that same instruction that YaHVeH gave to Adam, and was orally passed down to him. It was passed down from generation to generation. Noach had YaHVeH’s Law/Torah written on his heart (Shemoth 20; 31:18; 1 Melekiym/Kings 8:9; Yirmiyah/Jer. 31:33; Yechizkiyah/Ezek. 11:19; 36:26; Iybriyiym/Heb. 8:10; Rev. 11:19; 12:17; 14:12), just as Mosheh already had it written on his (Shemoth 32:10; B`midbar/Num. 11:29).

B`reshiyth… 6:12: And Elohiym looked on the earth, and, observed, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way on the earth.

B`reshiyth: 6:13: And Elohiym said to Noach, The end of all flesh is come before ME; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, listen, I will destroy them with the earth...

The primary evil that had filled the earth was having sex out of the boundaries that YaHVeH set (B`reshiyth: 6:2), and violence. Much like what we have today (Mat. 24:37 – 39). We see (Mat. 11:15) now that two laws were being transgressed that were written on the stone tablets placed INSIDE the ark (Shemoth 20; 31:18; 32:15-16; 1 Melekiym 8:9). One was sexual immorality, which deals with the commandment you shall not commit adultery (Shemoth 20:14). The other was violence, which deals with the commandment that you shall not commit murder (Shemoth 20:13).

Page 15

Now, what would lead the entire earth in Noach’s day to totally disregard YaHVeH’s instruction? Let’s say the earth is like a building. Let’s say the earth is built on ten foundation pilings. Let’s say these foundation pilings go down into the grown but they do not hit rock (Mat. 7:24 -25), and the pilings rise very high in the air. What would happen if you just picked at just one of the ten pilings? You left all the other pilings alone. What would happen to the structure that is built on top of the ten pilings? Sense the structure on top of the pilings is very heavy it cannot afford to have any of its pilings weaken. The reason the structure (earth) is so heavy is because there is a tremendous ROCK also resting on top of it (B`midbar/Num. 20:8; Daniel 2:45; Mat. 21:44; I Cor. 4:10). Each piling is dependent on the other piling for support. I think you know what will happen. Once you weaken and do away (Ya`akob/Yames 2:10) with one of those foundation pilings, all the other pilings will be weaken and crumble, causing the entire structure to come crashing down on itself (Mat. 7:26 –28). In Noach’s day it is the same as today as it was as in Noach’s day; as Yahvshua Mashiyach had said it would be (Mat. 24:37 –39). It starts out very subtle. People begin to believe that this Law has no more purpose for us and it is slowly weaken piece/generation by piece/generation, than, as this one Law is weaken and eventually done away the other Laws begin to give away. Not long after that, people don’t know what they believe (Ya`akob/James 1:8) and their lives begin to be built on sand. People begin to believe whatever comes into their evil hearts (B`reshiyth 6:5; Yirmiyah 17:9).

This now brings us to the Word of YaHVeH instructing Noach to build an ark. Remember what Shaul said in Galatians 3:24:

Galatians: 3:24…Wherefore the Law/Torah was our schoolmaster to bring us to Mashiyach, that we might be justified by belief/emun...

Understand when Shaul says “the Law” he is referring to the first five books of Mosheh. The Yahudiym call it Torah. Torah means instruction. This is from E-Sword computer Bible program:

How does the ark that Noach built lead us to Yahvshua Mashiyach? Whenever you read and study the first five books of Mosheh, you need to always ask YaHVeH to show you how the events that are recorded in it lead to our Rabbi Yahvshua (Luke 16:28 – 31).

B`reshiyth: 6:14…Make you an ark of gopher wood; rooms shall you make in the ark, and shall pitch it within and without with pitch.

B`reshiyth: 6:15: And this is the fashion, which you shall make it of: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits.

B`reshiyth: 6:16: A window shall you make to the ark, and in a cubit shall you finish it above; and the door of the ark shall you set in the side of it; with lower, second, and third stories shall you make it.

B`reshiyth: 6:17: And, observe, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters on the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under shameh; and everything that is in the earth shall die.

B`reshiyth: 6:18: But with you will I establish MY covenant; and you shall come into the ark, you, and your benniyiym, and your wife, and your benniyiym's wives with you…

How does the ark Noach built compare with the ark that YaHVeH had Mosheh make?

Shemoth/Exodus: 25:1… And they shall make an ark of shittiym wood: two cubits and a half shall be the length of it, and a cubit and a half the breadth of it, and a cubit and a half the height of it.

Shemoth: 25:11: And you shall overlay it with pure gold, within and without shall you overlay it, and shall make on it a crown of gold round about.

Shemoth: 25:12: And you shall cast four rings of gold for it, and put them in the four corners of it; and two rings shall be in the one side of it, and two rings in the other side of it.

Shemoth: 25:13: And you shall make stave's of shittiym wood, and overlay them with gold.

Shemoth: 25:14: And you shall put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark that the ark is borne with them.

Shemoth: 25:15: The staves shall be in the rings of the ark: they shall not be taken from it.

Shemoth: 25:16: And you shall put into the ark the eduth/testimony, which I shall give you.

Shemoth: 25:17: And you shalt make a kap-po-reth/lid of pure gold: two cubits and a half shall be the length of it, and a cubit and a half the breadth of it.

Shemoth: 25:18: And you shall make two cherubiym of gold, of beaten work shall you make them, in the two ends of the kapporeth/lid.

Are you beginning to see (Yeshayah/Isa. 6:9-10)? Noach already had YaHVeH’s Law written on his heart. Noach along with his wife and three benniyiym and their wives were placed INSIDE the ark. Noach was YaHVeH’s Law INSIDE the ark (B'reshiyth 6:18)!

Page 17

The Word of YaHVeH had Mosheh place the stone tablets  (also called the eduth/Testimony) INSIDE the ark (Shemoth 20; 31:18; 32:15-16; 1 Melekiym 8:9)!

Now how do those Stone Tablets (the Stone Tablets INSIDE the ark has several schoolmasters) placed INSIDE the ark lead us to Yahvshua (Galatians 3:24)? Shaul wrote:

1 Corinthians: 3:10…According to the favor of YaHVeH which is given to me, as a wise master builder, I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let every man take heed how he builds there on.

1 Corinthians: 3:11: Because another foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Yahvshua Mashiyach…

Everything we do and teach must lead to Yahvshua Mashiyach. The nabiy/foreteller Daniel was motivated to write (1 Kepha 1:23):

Daniel: 2:45…Forasmuch as you saw that the Stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great ELAHH has made known to the king what shall come to pass after this: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation of it sure…

“The mountain” in this verse is referring to Mount Sinai (Shemoth 19:18). “The Stone” cut out of the mountain is “the Stone” that YaHVeH’s Law was written on (Shemoth 34:1,4), hence Yahvshua Mashiyach represents the tablets made of Stone placed INSIDE the ark: The Rabbi Yahvshua Mashiyach said:

Mattith`Yah/Matthew: 21:44…And whosoever shall fall on this Stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder…

Understand sense the Law INSIDE the ark represents Yahvshua Mashiyach, by us living by it through belief in Him (Yahn 3:18 – 21; Yeshayah 8:16, 20), He will save us (Mattith`Yah 19:16 – 19; Rev.12: 17; 14:12). Read article:

Let’s continue with the pamphlet “Sunday and the Sabbath”. The writer goes on to say:

“In fact, God gave no instructions about how the seventh day should be spent until after the nation of Israel had been brought out of the Egypt and led miraculously through the Red Sea into the Sinai...”

As we have previously discussed, YaHVeH when HE created Adam did not leave HIS child to himself (Mishley/Proverbs 29:15). YaHVeH’s Law (operation manual/owners manual) has always been part of HIS creation. Yes, and Abraham was keeping it before it was written down on stone tablets and given to the children of Yisrael:

Page 18

B`reshiyth: 26:5…Because that Abraham obeyed MY voice, and kept MY charge, MY commandments, MY statutes, and MY laws…

As scripture clearly reveals Abraham was keeping YaHVeH’s commandments. “Many” (Mattith`Yah 24:5) “Christians” will say; “well the commandments that 'God' was speaking about in that verse is just talking about those things 'God' gave Abraham to do, when he left his father’s house and country.” If that is the case than that would do away with what YaHVeH says about HIMSELF:

Malachi: 3:6…For I am YaHVeH, I change not; therefore you ben of Ya'akob (“Jacob”/“James”) are not consumed…

Article is not yet posted: Is YaHVeH's Law Ruach Or Physical?

YaHVeH of host does not change (Mal. 3:6). HE is RUACH (Yahn 4:24), so HE has been the same before and since HE created the shameh with the sun, moon and stars and the earth (T`hiyliym/Psalm 148:1 – 6). Our FATHER does not change, but HIS physical creation does (I Cor. 15:51-52). The ETERNAL does not need the physical elements to sustain HIM. HE doesn’t need physical food for energy, physical water to keep HIS electrolytes stable or air to breathe so HE will not suffocate.  So when you think of YaHVeH you cannot compare HIM with us, HIS creation. HIS Law reveals HIS mind how HE thinks (Shemoth 20; Matith`Yah 22:37 – 40).

When YaHVeH’s right hand (Yahvshua the Mashiyach before He came in the flesh) freed the children of Yisrael from Egypt/Mitsrayim, HE was going to do a thing HE had never done before. HE was going to reveal HIS Law, HIS covenant to an entire nation (Article is not yet posted: The Gentiles By Instinct Have The Law Written On Their Hearts), before HE had only revealed it to individuals: Adam, Enoch, Noach, Abraham, Yitschaq (Isaac) and Ya'akob.

Part 3 of 13

Let’s continue reading in the pamphlet “Sunday and the Sabbaths”:

“Being a large community, they needed a good and regular supply of food and water, but in desert conditions these were very scarce. The people soon complained, and wished they were back in Egypt. A further miracle brought them their food. Each morning around their camp ‘there was on the face of the wilderness a fine, flake-like thing, fine as the hoarfrost on the ground’ (Exodus 16:14). The food was called ‘manna’, and could be collected for six days each week.

Page 19

On the first five days each week any manna not eaten that day, but kept overnight ‘bred worms, and became foul’. On the sixth day, if a double portion was collected, it would keep fresh for use on the seventh day when no manna was available. In this way the pattern of work and rest was enforced for the nation of Israel: ‘Today is a Sabbath to the Lord; today you will not find it in the field. Six days you shall gather it; but on the seventh day, which is a Sabbath, there will be none’ (Exodus 16:25, 26).

“Christians” tend to over look once again that the children of Yisrael were coming out of captivity. They were coming out (Rev. 18:4) of being enslaved by a pagan Egyptian/Mitsriy (Babylonian) system. Before their captivity and enslavement (Romans 6:16; 1 Yahn 3:4) the children of Yisrael walked and lived the truth (B`reshiyth/Gen. 26:5; T`hiyliym/Psalm 119:142). They were held captive in Egypt for 400 years (B`reshiyth/Gen. 15:13). The knowledge of the truth was slowly taken away; weaken (remember the pilings) generation after generation (Shemoth/Exodus 20:5). When YaHVeH sent Mosheh (Shemoth 3) as HIS “chosen”  (Mattith`Yah 22:14 Article is yet to be posted: This is how I understand "Predestination") vessel to free them from their captivity into sin (Yahn 3:16; Gal. 3:24), HE was bringing them out into the wilderness to purge (Rev. 3:14 – 22; 7:14) them and make them a people for HIMSELF (Shemoth 19:5). HE began to reveal the knowledge and truth they were given by their fathers: Abraham, Yitschak and Ya'akob (B`reshiyth 26:5; 17:19; 28). Understand, when in Shemoth/Exodus chapter 16 YaHVeH reveals HIS weekly 7th day Sabbath to the children of Yisrael, HE is reintroducing something their fathers knew, kept and taught over 400 years earlier. They lost track of the weekly Sabbath because they stopped counting it. Remember the weekly Sabbath has to be kept track of and counted (B`reshiyth 1:1 – 31; 2:1 – 3; Iybriyiym/Hebrews 4).

Go to pages 3 thru 5 of this article where Shemoth chapter 16 and the giving of the Manna to children of Yisrael to reveal the weekly seventh day Sabbath again.

“Six days of gathering and one day of rest: God’s activity in Creation thus became the example for His nation. For the first time in the Bible, the word ‘sabbath’ is used. It means simply ‘to cease’, and is used to describe the day when the Israelites rested from their labours, as God had from His.”

I have found this to be a common argument among “Christians”. They reason because a word or a commandment is not mentioned means it wasn’t kept or observed. “Many” (Mat. 24:5; 7:21 – 23) use this same logic when reading the letters of the Emissaries (2 Kepha 3:15-16). This logic is greatly flawed. If you believe that the written Word we have is the Truth (Yahn 17:17; T`hiyliym 119:142; Shemoth 20), and is inspired by YaHVeH’s Ruach (2 Kepha 1:21), than you have to understand that YaHVeH reveals hear a little there a little (Yeshayah/Isaiah 28:9-10). HE does this to hide the truth from the wicked so that they will be trapped and snared in their on devices (Yeshayah 6:9-10; 28:13; T`hiyliym 33:10; 37:7). If a person in fact is looking to understand the Truth (Yahn 17:17), I mean they are willing to give up their man made traditions and doctrines (Mark 7:7), and sincerely get down on their knees and ask YaHVeH through HIS Ben Yahvshua, what is the Truth? What is YOUR “everlasting covenant” (T`hiyliym 25:14), HE will reveal it to you if you show yourself approved (2 Tim. 2:15).

Page 20

Let me show you a few examples where through YaHVeH’s Ruach (2 Kepha 1:21) we see the early Ekklesia/called out/Assembly (“church” was inserted in the scriptures and is actually a pagan idol/"name of blasphemy" Rev. 17:3) keeping YaHVeH’s weekly and annual Sabbaths, and YaHVeH had it recorded in HIS Word. These verses are overlooked by “many” (Mat. 24:5) and disregarded:

Acts: 2:1: And when the day of Pentecost/Feast of Weeks was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

{V`yakra/Leviticus: 23:9…And YaHVeH spoke to Mosheh, saying,

V`yakra: 23:10: Speak to the children of Yisrael, and say to them, When you all enter into the land which I give to you, and shall reap the harvest of it, then you all shall bring a sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the kohen/priest…}

The “they” in this verse is speaking about the Emissaries who were meeting in Yahvshalayim for the Feast of First Fruits/Weeks. “Pentecost” is the Greek word for 50. I’m not going to get into to much detail here on this annual Sabbath. For more detail you can read article:

Article is not yet posted: Feast/Chag of Weeks/Shabua

My point is to show you, even though hidden in YaHVeH’s Word, the Emissaries/Apostles and the Ekklesia/Called Out of YaHVeH (Body of Yahvshua the Mashiyach) continued to keep YaHVeH’s annual and weekly Sabbaths.

Acts: 12:3…And because he saw it pleased the Yudiy, he proceeded further to take Kepha also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.)

Acts: 12:4: And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternion’s of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people…

{V`yakra: 23:5…In the fourteenth day of the first Chodesh/month at even is YaHVeH's Passover/Pesach.

V`yakra: 23:6: And on the fifteenth day of the same Chodesh is the feast of unleavened bread to YaHVeH: seven days you all must eat unleavened bread...}

If you will notice in Acts 12:4 the word inserted in the verse is “Easter”, this is an error and should read Passover or Pesach in Hebrew. Pascha is how it is pronounced in Greek. From E-Sword Computer program Greek Concordance (edited):

Of Chaldee origin (compare [H6453]); the Passover (the meal, the day, the festival or the special sacrifices connected with it): - Pesach, Passover.

See Strong’s Hebrew Concordance number H6453,

Easter (Yechizkiyah/Ezekiel 8) is a pagan festival wolves (Mat. 7:15; 10:16; Luke 10:3; Acts 20:29; Yahudah/Yude 1:4) in sheep clothing (Mat. 24:5; Rev. 13:11) have used to mislead Yahvshua’s flock so they can be destroyed (Yahn 10:12). Unfortunately it is going to take “Great Tribulation” (Rev. 7:14) before Yahvshua’s flock (Yahn 10:16) is purified (1 Cor. 3:13 – 15) from this great sin (1 Yahn 3:4), deception (Rev. 12:9) and error.

Now here is an example of Paul/Shaul keeping YaHVeH’s weekly Shabbath:

Acts: 17:2…And Shaul, as his manner was, went into them, and three Shabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures..

{V`yakra: 23:2…Speak to the children of Yisrael, and say to them, concerning the feasts of YaHVeH, which you all shall proclaim to be kodesh convocations, even these are MY feasts.

V`yakra: 23:3: Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the Shabbath of rest, a kodesh convocation; you all shall do no work in it: it is the Shabbath of YaHVeH in all your dwellings...}

Shaul kept YaHVeH’s weekly and annual Shabbaths. He taught those very same weekly and annual Shabbaths to the Gentiles. Notice by motivation of YaHVeH’s Ruach (2 Kepha 1:21) it is recorded “And Shaul, as his manner was...” Notice what Shaul says to the Corinthians:

1 Corinthians: 11:1…Be you all followers of me, even as I also am of Mashiyach.

1 Corinthians: 11:2: Now I praise you, brethren, that you all remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you

Part 4 of 13

Shaul says again to the Corinthians:

1 Corinthians: 5:7…Purge out therefore the old leaven that you all be a new lump, as you are unleavened. For even Mashiyach our Passover/Pesach is sacrificed for us:

1 Corinthians: 5:8: Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth...

Once again Shaul confirms that he was teaching the Yahudiy who were scattered among the Gentiles (Yahn 7:35) that were not brought up in the Sabbaths, and the Gentiles who never were keeping the Sabbaths to “...keep the feast...” the feast Shaul is referring to in this verse is the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Sense Shaul was teaching the weekly Sabbath and the annual appointed times/moediym of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, you can rightly conclude he was also teaching the other annual Sabbaths/Moediym mentioned in V`yakra/Leviticus chapter 23. If you want to know the Truth (Yahn 18:38) you can ask and HE will give and you will find, but you must really want and love the Truth (Mattith`Yah 7:7; Yahn 8:31 -32).

Continuing in the pamphlet under the section “The Ten Commandments”:

“Shortly after the manna was first provided, God gave through Moses laws to control the activity of the nation. The framework for these laws, known as the Ten Commandments, was written by God on two tables of stone. The fourth commandment was:

‘Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labour, and do all your work: but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God: in it you shall not do any work...for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth...and rested the seventh day; therefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day and hallowed it’ (Exodus 20:8 – 11).

As for the manna, so for all of Israel’s activities the pattern would be six days of labour followed by one day of rest. The use of the word ‘labour’ is important as this was an aspect of man’s life that did not exist in his early days in the garden of Eden. Only after Adam and Eve had been disobedient to God’s commandment did He sentence them and their descendants to hard toil in order to produce their necessary food. When the Psalmist refers to this, he speaks of man, who ‘goes forth to his work and to his labor until the evening’ (104:23). Man’s daily work, therefore, is a constant reminder of his mortality; the certainty that he is ‘dust, and to dust (he) shall return’ (Genesis 3:19). We can now see the significance of the introduction of the Sabbath commands being associated with the provision of manna. The nation’s experiences in the wilderness where God freely provided their daily food were forcible reminders of the punishments brought upon the world as a result of Adam’s disobedience. By resting on the sabbath, man would identify himself with God, and with the completion of His creation, when He was able to review ‘everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good’ (Genesis 1:31).

Page 23

Remember the children of Yisrael are coming back into the knowledge of the Truth because they were in captivity for 400 years in Egypt.

The writer of the pamphlet is correct when they say that Adam and Chavvah (Eve) did not have to labor, the reason is because they had not sinned. The writer correctly points out that Adam and Chavvah did not have to labor for their existence, the Word of YaHVeH had already given them everything they needed before they sinned (B`reshiyth/Genesis 1:29). Adam and Chavvah were worshiping and walking with the Word of YaHVeH seven days a week, they didn’t need a break in time to cease from their labor. Laboring six days a week was part of the punishment and expulsion from the Garden of Eden (B`reshiyth 3:19 – 24). There was nobody else in the Garden of Eden with Adam and Chavvah except the Word of YaHVeH (and later the serpent B`reshiyth 3), and HE was teaching Adam (B`reshiyth 3:8). It was going to be Adam’s job to teach his wife and children. There was a chain of command that the Word of YaHVeH was establishing (1 Cor. 11). In other words Adam was the first appointed priest/kohen (Shemoth/Exodus 19:5-6; Rev. 1:6; 5:10).

The writer of the pamphlet writes under the section “The Sabbath Enforced” page 3:

“The Jewish day commenced at sunset, so the regulations governing the sabbath operated from 6 p.m. on Friday to 6 p.m. on Saturday...”

The writer makes a mistake when they call it “the Jewish day...” In the beginning the Word of YaHVeH (Yahn 1:1 – 3) established when the day began and when it ended:

B`reshiyth: 1:5: And Elohiym called the light Day, and the darkness HE called Night.  And the evening and the morning were the first day.

What does B`reshiyth 1:5 say? Does it say “And the Jew called the light Day, and the darkness he called night. And the evening and the morning were the first day?” No. It says Elohiym called the evening and the morning the first day. It was the Word of YaHVeH who set up when the day began and when it ended, not the Iybriy/Hebrew (Jew is slang for Judah/Yahudah, one tribe of the twelve tribes of Yisrael).

“This national law was to be strictly enforced. The penalty for breaking it was severe: any transgressor was to be put to death because they would have ‘profaned’ or defiled the sabbath (see Exodus 31:14). On one occasion, while the children of Israel were still in the wilderness, there was the case of a man found gathering sticks on a sabbath day. Presumably he wanted them to make a fire for cooking. Although the sabbath law and the punishment for breaking it had been given, the people were not certain whether the man’s activity had broken it, so they placed the problem before the lord. The answer was categoric: ‘The man shall be put to death’ (Numbers 15:32 – 36).

Page 24

The punishment was very severe for what seems to us a minor offence. It suggests that the man set out deliberately to flout God’s law, but it also confirms the importance of the sabbath day provision in God’s purpose. God is not revealed in the Bible as an uncaring despot, so the enforcement of this law by a strong penalty suggests that there were significant benefits to be obtained from keeping it.”

This point needs to be brought out. We who are members of the Body of Yahvshua the Mashiyach (Romans 12:5) are not under the physical requirements of the law of Mosheh. We are under favor (Romans 6:14). For example: if anybody in the Body of Yahvshua sins by committing adultery and does not repent that member is cut out of the Body until he or she repents. Shaul unfortunately in his day and unfortunately we in our day have to deal with sin in our own lives (Mat. 7:3 – 5) and in the Body of Yahvshua (I Cor. 5:3). Now, we no longer are stoned to death, which was part of the physical requirement of the law of Mosheh, but we are put out of the Body until we repent. Shaul as well as we has to make these judgment calls in discerning the Body. Shaul received word that a member in the Body of Yahvshua was committing adultery with his father’s wife/step mother (I Cor. 5:1). Here is what Shaul commands the Corinthians to do in this matter:

1 Corinthians: 5:3…For I truly, as absent in body, but present in ruach, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that has so done this deed,

1 Corinthians: 5:4: In the name of our Rabbi Yahvshua Mashiyach, when you all are gathered together, and my ruach, with the power of our Rabbi Yahvshua Mashiyach,

1 Corinthians: 5:5: To deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the ruach be saved in the day of the Rabbi Yahvshua…

Now, do you think Shaul’s judgment would have been any different if this man would have been profaning YaHVeH’s Sabbaths? Remember in the physical requirements of the law of Mosheh if a person was found committing adultery he or she was to be put to death (V`yakra/Lev. 20:10). YaHVeH required the same thing for breaking the Sabbaths (B`midbar/Num. 15:32 – 35). We don’t read about the early Body of Yahvshua having trouble with the Sabbaths, they had other issues in their lives they were dealing with:

1 Corinthians: 6:9…Know you not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of YaHVeH? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

1 Corinthians: 6:10: Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of YaHVeH...

Just because the Sabbath isn’t mentioned in these verses doesn’t mean the early stages of the Body of Yahvshua was not keeping the Sabbaths. As I have already shown you previously in the book of Acts we clearly see the Emissaries observing YaHVeH’s Sabbaths. The reason you do not see the Body of Yahvshua having to be judged concerning the weekly 7th day Sabbath and annual appointed times, is because you don’t have to bring something up if it is already being done.

Part 5 of 13

Page 25

Satan is a subtle and sneaky spirit being. If he can just deceive you into thinking that just one of those commandments is done away then he can eventually lead you into breaking or doing away (Ya`akob/James 2:10) with all of them (B`reshiyth 3:1; Yeshayah/Isaiah 24:5; Daniel 7:25; Revelation 12:9; 13:11).

From the pamphlet on page 3 “Sunday and the Sabbaths” under section “The Sabbath Blessing”:

“When the details of the law were being repeated for the generation that had been born in the wilderness after leaving Egypt, the following information was added by way of explanation:

‘Your manservant and your maidservant may rest as well as you. You shall remember that you were a servant in the land of Egypt, and the Lord your God brought you out thence with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm; therefore the Lord your God commanded you to keep the sabbath day’ (Deuteronomy 5:12 – 15).

There was thus a clear social benefit for everybody in the nation, but also an important underlying reason for the law. By keeping the sabbath there would be a weekly reminder of the nation’s redemption from Egypt. They were to be merciful to their servants, because God had showed great mercy to them when He freed them from slavery to Pharaoh. To reinforce this point, even animals were to benefit from the sabbath law! As well as allowing servants to rest, the ox and ass could rest too (see verse 14)...”

I cannot emphasize this enough! When reading the first five books of Mosheh (B`reshiyth, Shemoth, V`yakra, B`midbar and Dabariym) you must now look at it as a believer (if you are a believer) in Yahvshua the Mashiyach’s first and second coming! When Shaul wrote to the Galatians he wanted to make that very clear to them, because of Yudiy (“Jews” who did not believe that Yahvshua was the Mashiyach) who were trying to bring them back under the physical requirements of the law of Mosheh. Shaul said:

Galatians: 3:24…Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us to Mashiyach, that we might be justified by belief/emun…

Those events that took place in the “Old Testament”/Tanakh point to Yahvshua Mashiyach’s first coming and second coming. Now that Yahvshua has come, Egypt represented sin and the freedom the Word of YaHVeH, which is Yahvshua the Mashiyach (Yahn 1) has given us from the enslavement of sin (Egypt/Babylon Romans 6:16 – 22). Yahvshua has freed us from Pharaoh’s (Satan I Yahn 4:4) clutches. Now we sinners who were once servants to sin (I Yahn 3:4) must be rachum/compassionate toward other slaves who are coming out of sin (Egypt/Babylon Rev. 18:4). We are not to be puffed up in the favor YaHVeH has given us (Luke 18:9 – 14; Romans 11), because it has not been done by our righteousness or strength, but through the righteousness and strength of YaHVeH’s Outstretched Arm (Dabariym/Deut. 26:8; Yirmiyah/Jer. 27:5; Yahn 1; 17:5) and Right Hand (T`hiyliym/Psalm 80:17), which is the Rabbi Yahshua Mashiyach. Read article when it is posted: The Right Hand of YaHVeH

Page 26

The question you have to ask yourself: Did Yahvshua come the first time to die for our sins only? Or did Yahvshua come to die for our sins and to establish YaHVeH’s Law/Torah on our heart? If your foundation is built (Ephesians 2:20) the way that Yahvshua’s “chosen”  (Acts 9:15) Emissary Shaul taught, than as you fast, pray and study into YaHVeH’s written Word, you will see that Yahvshua came also to establish YaHVeH’s covenant (Testimony/Instruction INSIDE the ark Mattith`Yah 26:28; T`hiyliym/Psalm 25:14) on our hearts also (Shemoth/Exodus 20; 25:16; Yeshayah 8:16, 20; Yir. 31:33; Yechizkiyah/Ezek. 11:19; 36:26; Iybriyiym/Heb. 8:10; Rev. 11:19; 12:17; 14:12). Yahvshua Mashiyach came to remove the stony heart (Zech. 7:12; Romans 8:7) out of us, which is represented by the Stone Tablets placed INSIDE the ark, to establish that Law on the fleshy tablets of our heart (Yeshayah 8:16; Yir. 31:33; Iybriyiym 8:10), Yahudiy and Gentile (Romans 2:29; 11). Remember once you are grafted into (Romans 11) the Yahudiy Vine (Yeshayah 5:7) you are no longer considered a gentile/goy and should no longer refer to yourself with that term, because all Yisrael will be saved (Yeshayah 30:15; Rom. 9:27).

Do you see, when the Word of YaHVeH revealed our FATHER’s Sabbaths to the nation of Yisrael again (Shemoth 16), it was only a shadow (representation Gal. 3:24; Iybriyiym 4:) of what it really represented. The Sabbath to the ancient children of Yisrael represented to them in their carnal state of mind (Dabariym 11:29) freedom from physical enslavement from Egypt. Now that Yahvshua has come, the true meaning of that event reveals that YaHVeH of host is freeing us from the enslavement that sin has on us. So the weekly Sabbath in its true (no longer a shadow Iybriyiym 10:1) observance reminds us that Yahvshua is (YaHVeH’s right hand) freeing us from the clutches of sin (Egypt/Babylon Rev. 18:4; Romans 6).

The Weekly 7th day Sabbath (paganly referred to as "Friday" sunset to "Saturday" sunset) is a weekly reminder of our freedom from sin. The Annual Sabbaths/Moediym/Appointed Times point to YaHVeH’s plan of Salvation that is being carried out through HIS Ben (V`yakra 23; Iybriyiym 4; 10:1).

Continuing on page 3 of the pamphlet “Sunday and the Sabbath”:

“...When the Apostle Paul commented upon another aspect of the law where animals were mentioned, he said: ‘Is it for oxen that God is concerned? Does he not speak entirely for our sake?’ (1 Corinthians 9:9). Whilst not denying that God is interested in all His creatures, the main benefit of the sabbath was for men and women, not animals. They were involved purely to emphasise the importance of the command."

Yes, I agree with what the writer says concerning the emphasizing of the animals. This point also needs to be brought out. The animals were also used for doing labor in those days. By commanding the animals to rest also, it means all manner of labor from work was to cease. For example camels were used as pack animals carrying supplies to market or traveling from place to place (B`reshiyth 24:64; 31:34). An ox or a donkey was used to plow a field or tread out grain (Dabariym 22:10; 25:4). Today most businesses use mechanical inventions (T`hiyliym 99:8; 106:29, 39; Koheleth/Ecc. 7:29) to replace what the animals did in ancient times, but the purpose is the same, to make our living or to buy and sell (Rev. 13:16-17).

Page 27

“Servants would obviously be pleased with the law, but what about their masters? Unscrupulous masters, like unscrupulous employers today, would surely try to find a way round it. But there were great benefits for them too. God told them that the sabbath was ‘a sign between me and them, that they might know that I the Lord sanctify them’ (Exodus 31:17; Ezekiel 20:12). If they wished to continue to receive blessings from God when they were in the land, as they had received them in the wilderness, they needed to keep His Sabbaths.”

Has YaHVeH changed?

Malachiy: 3:6...For I am YaHVeH, I change not; therefore you benniym of Ya`akob are not consumed...

Again, the writer is completely correct in their understanding that YaHVeH’s Sabbaths are HIS sign, HIS mark on us that we are HIS. What is the sign that someone belongs to this present evil age/world (2 Cor. 4:4)? The not keeping of the Sabbaths (Rev. 14:11) or the doing away with them or replacing (Yeshayah 24:5; Daniel 7:25) them with man made traditions (Mark 7:7)! I agree the “mark of the beast” (Rev. 13:11 – 18) can be a literal mark, because man has the technology (inventions/T`hiyliym/Psalm 99:8; 106:29; 39) to mark its people. If it is a literal mark given, than those who will receive it will be those people who reject the Law/Torah placed INSIDE the ark (Yahvshua Mashiyach), which includes YaHVeH’s Sabbaths, and reject the testimony of Yahvshua the Mashiyach (Shemoth/Ex. 20; 31:18; Yeshayah/Isa. 56; 58; 66; Yechizkiyah/Ezek. 20; I Melekiym/Kings 8:9; Revelation 11:19; 12:17; 14:12). Continuing on page 6 of the pamphlet:

“One man esteems one day as better than another, while another man esteems all days alike. Let every one be fully convinced in his own mind. He who observes the day, observes it in honour of the Lord . . .None of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself . . whether we live, or whether we die, we are the Lord’s. For to this end Christ died and lived again, that he might be Lord both of the dead and of the living’ (Romans 14:5 – 9)."

Again, another twisting of what the emissary Shaul meant in his letter to the Roman Messianic’s/followers of Mashiyach (Mark 7:7; Mattith`Yah 7: 21- 23; 24:5). In Romans chapter 14 Shaul is not talking about YaHVeH’s Sabbaths at all! He is speaking about certain days that individuals in the Body of Yahvshua set a side to fast in, and some were trying to force others into observing their times! It has nothing to do with YaHVeH's Sabbath's and yearly appointed times.

Section “The Lord of Life” page 6:

“After Jesus’ death, resurrection and ascension, the early believers soon got into a pattern of worship. As the hope of life and immortality was made sure by his resurrection, they remembered his sacrifice on the first day of the week, the day he came out of the tomb. We read for example of an occasion when Paul was visiting Troas, ‘and upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them’ (Acts 20:7; see also 1 Corinthians 16:2). The information is introduced so naturally into the account that it must have been the practice adopted generally by the various groups of believers in different places."

The emissary Shaul speaking to the brethren and preaching to them on the first day of the week had nothing to do with  YaHVeH's weekly 7th day Sabbath being changed, or the recognition of Yahvshua Mashiyach’s resurrection on the first day of the week, which He wasn't raised from the dead on the 1st day of the week in the 1st place. Read article when it is posted: 7b: Passover/Pesach

If you were being persecuted as a group of people you would be trying to gather together has offend as you could for just the simple support you needed. The 1st day of the week was the day for work to be done on and gathering of money and supplies like food (1 Cor. 16:1-2). Understand the First day of the week was the day that the chosen emissaries made their first contact with the resurrected Yahvshua. Part 6 of 13

In the pamphlet “Sunday and the Sabbath” under the section “The Objective” on page 3 the writer continues:

“All of these provisions should have had one result; the formation of a people who were God-centered, not self-centered. If they had been prepared to organize themselves according to His laws, they would have been blessed above all other nations and peoples. Instead of being a burden to be endured, the provision of the sabbath could revolutionize their lives:

‘If you turn back your foot from the sabbath, from doing your pleasure on my holy day, and call the sabbath a delight and the holy day of the Lord honorable; if you honor it, not going your own ways, or seeking your own pleasure, or talking  idly; then you shall take delight in the Lord, and I will make you ride upon the heights of the earth’ (Isaiah 58:13, 14).

The great tragedy is that Israel, having been promised all these things by God, were not prepared to live in accordance with His commands. Instead of honoring the sabbath, they continually defiled it. They did not treat it as ‘holy’, but made it profane...”

We as believers don’t look for our reward and total barukah/prospering now (T`hiyliym/Psalm 18:20; 19; Mat. 5:10 – 12). We as members of the Body of Yahvshua are waiting for our Rabbi to bring His reward with Him when He returns in the clouds (Revelation 11:18). We now suffer for righteousness (T`hiyliym/Ps. 119: 172) sake (Mat. 5:10).

Continuing from page 3 to page 4 under “The Objective”:

“...As God’s promises to them were conditional on their obedience, eventually He had to bring the punishment He had said would occur if they were disobedient:

‘I swore...that I would scatter them among the nations, and disperse them through the countries, because they had rejected my statutes and profane my Sabbaths, and their eyes were set on their fathers’ idols’ (Ezekiel 20:23, 24).

Before seeing what the New Testament says about the sabbath, let us summarise the Old Testament teaching:

1) The seven-day week comes from the Creation record, and is a mute witness to God’s creative work.

2) The sabbath was an institution for the nation of Israel, and was not imposed upon individuals prior to the

Exodus. They could rest on the seventh day or not, as they wished.

3) God wanted the sabbath to be a ‘holy day’.

Page 30

4) The sabbath (meaning cessation, or rest) was to be observed by the Israelites refraining from everyday tasks in order to enjoy and remember God’s blessings...

1) Yes, I agree that the seven – day week comes from Creation and is a silent (“mute”) witness (testimony; Shemoth/Exodus 25:16) to YaHVeH’s work and commandment.

2) I disagree when the writer says: “The sabbath was an institution for the nation of Israel, and was not imposed upon individuals prior to the Exodus. They could rest on the seventh day or not, as they wished.”

The Sabbaths were being kept before they were revealed to the nation of Yisrael. YaHVeH was not enforcing HIS Sabbaths on others, but those that had YaHVeH’s covenant written on their hearts were keeping them (B`reshiyth/Gen. 6:18; 26:5; 17:21; T`hiyliym/Ps. 19; Yirmi’Yahu/Jer. 31:33). Also remember when Yahvshua the Mashiyach returns in the clouds, He will be enforcing the Feast of Tabernacles for the nations to observe (Zechar`Yah/Zech. 14:16).

3) YaHVeH Elohiym of Host still wants the Sabbaths to be set apart (Kodesh, “holy”) Iybriyiym/Hebrews 4.

4) Today instead of the weekly 7th day Sabbath (“Friday” [6th day of the week] sundown to “Saturday” [7th day of the week] sundown) being a weekly reminder of the children of Yisrael being freed from Egyptian bondage, it is to remind the Body of Yahvshua today of us being freed from the bondage of sin (1 Yahn 3:4; Babylon’s commandments Rev. 18:4; 19:2) by the blood of Yahvshua (Romans 3:25; Eph. 1:7; Col. 1:14, 20; Heb. 9:12; 13:12; 1 Yahn 1:7; Rev. 1:5; 19:13). The weekly 7th day Sabbath still continues to remind followers of Yahvshua the Mashiyach of Creation week and that the Word of YaHVeH ALMIGHTY rested on the 7th day.

Continuing on page 4:

5) “The six day working week was a constant reminder that all men die and are sinners in need of redemption. Observance of the sabbath shows a man’s trust that God has promised a share in His rest. God’s response was to shower great benefits on the nation, so long as they continued to obey Him.

6) Under the Jewish law, the penalty for defiling the sabbath was death.

7) The sabbath was designed by God to teach Israel: about their special national relationship to Him, of His great mercy in freeing them from Egyptian slavery.

8) It was to be a weekly remembrance of the nation’s redemption.

5) Yes, I agree that the six-day work week is a constant reminder that we have sinned and are sinners (B`reshiyth 3:19; Yeshayah 59:7-8; Romans 3:10 – 18). I agree that YaHVeH’s Sabbaths are a reminder that we share in HIS rest (Iybriyiym/Hebs. 4). We as the Body of Yahvshua wait for our reward (Rev. 11:18).

Page 31

6) We as the Body of Yahvshua are no longer under the physical requirements of the law of Mosheh, but under favor (“grace” Romans 4:16). So just as the Emissary Shaul judged the matter in the Corinthian Ekklesia (“church”), concerning adultery (1 Corinthians 5), the Body of Yahvshua makes the same judgment on those who will not enter YaHVeH’s Sabbaths (1 Cor. 5:3). That member is to be cut off (put out) until he or she repents (1 Cor. 5:5, 9 – 13; 1 Yahn 1:9). The penalty under the law of Mosheh for adultery and Sabbath breaking was death (V`yakra/Lev. 20:10; B`midbar/Num. 15:32 – 35).

7) The Sabbaths as revealed to the ancient children of Yisrael only revealed physical things, that their carnal mind could understand (B`midbar/Num. 11:29; Romans 8:7). Now that Yahvshua Mashiyach has come in the flesh, died for our sins, raised from the dead the third day, and ascended to the right hand of YaHVeH, those hidden (Romans 16:25) things of the Sabbaths reveal YaHVeH’s plan of salvation for Yisrael and the entire world (Iybriyiym 4). The weekly Sabbath is the weekly reminder that we have been freed from the bondage of sin (Shemoth 20:8 –11; Yahn 1:29; Galatians 4:3). The yearly appointed times reveals YaHVeH’s harvest plan of the lives of mankind (Mattith'Yah 9:37-38).

8) The weekly Sabbath now is a weekly remembrance of our redemption from sin through Yahvshua Mashiyach (Galatians 3:13). The curse of the law is death (Romans 6:23).

Continuing on page 4 of the pamphlet under “Petty Regulations”:

“Turning to the Gospel records in the New Testament, we soon learn how the Jews applied the law of the sabbath 1,500 years after it was given. Recognizing that God, because of their disobedience, had allowed His people to be taken into captivity, and His land to be desecrated and overrun, those Jews who returned from captivity attempted to ensure that the same would not happen to them. The religious leaders at the time of Christ regulated the law according to a complicated set of rules built up over the years. This was not just perversity on their part, but grew out of a strong desire not to displease God. Accepting that no work was possible on the sabbath, they attempted to legislate about what could be done to prepare meals, to look after the sick, or to care for animals. Unfortunately, despite these good original motives, the joy there would have been in the sabbath could not exist alongside the attitude forged by concentrating on relatively unimportant details. Soon they could no longer see the wood for the trees! The purpose and benefit of the sabbath was wholly lost in a myriad of petty rules and regulations.”

I could not agree more with the writer when they state that the religious leaders caused YaHVeH’s Sabbaths to be a burden and not a delight with all the rules and regulations they imposed in them. None of these rules and regulations they imposed was part of the law of Mosheh. These rules and regulations were added later. Yahvshua Mashiyach was condemning the Pharisee’s and religious leaders of His day for this! But in no way was Yahvshua the Mashiyach doing away with the Sabbaths! He was trying to reveal that kindness could and should be none in the Sabbaths (Mattith`Yah 12:12). In no way was Yahvshua saying now we are to go out and make our livings on the Sabbaths, but there are exceptions to this. Today we have necessary/essential services that have to be done on the Sabbaths. I will list a few of them:

Page 32

Part 7 of 13

1) Hospitals need to run 24 hours 7 days a week. I do believe though if the entire world were living through belief and trust in Yahvshua Mashiyach according to that Law/Torah found in Shemoth/Exodus 20 that this would not be a necessity.

2)  Power plants for electricity must run to keep other necessary services going, for the preservation of our food for refrigeration. A time is coming none of this will matter (Mat. 6; Philippians 4:11).

3)  Sewage and sanitation services for the proper disposal of waste material.

4) Communication services such as, telephone, television, computer, satellite and weather for warning of serve weather, and emergency service, or just being able to call a loved one to rejoice with on the Sabbaths.

5) Emergency services such as ambulance, fire and police stations on rotating shifts.

6) Emergency service provided by the building trades when an unexpected situation arises to life, limb or property. Some one must be on call for quick response. Some type of rotating shift so everyone can enjoy the barukah and benefits of YaHVeH’s Sabbaths.

There should be no buying and selling during this time. All department stores and planned physical work for making a living should cease!

I myself understand these issues much clearer now that I have been walking with my Rabbi in belief since I was immersed back in 1987. When I was first called these problems were hard for me to understand. Sense I work in a building trade the issue of the Sabbaths comes up frequently. I am employed by a State run University that does business on the Sabbaths. Sense the work the University does is not essential 7 days a week I refuse to work on the Sabbaths. I have no problem with being on call should a life, limb or property issue come up. But if they were not open on the Sabbaths the likely hood of such a situation coming up I believe would dramatically decrease (Daniel 3).

No, I’m not going to get into what each individual should or should not be doing when they are observing YaHVeH’s Sabbaths. This is the job of YaHVeH’s Set Apart Ruach (1 Yahn 2:27). If YaHVeH has drawn you to HIS Ben Yahvshua (Yahn 6:44) and you are now beginning to recognize the importance of the Sabbaths, than you are already on your way in walking in the truth (T`hiyliym 119: 142; Mattith`Yah 7:14).

Page 33

Continuing on page 4 under the section “New Testament Teaching”:

“Against this background, the Lord Jesus Christ commenced his ministry, ‘preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God’ (Mark 1:14). He soon met problems with the legalistic attitude of the Jewish leaders. If he healed on a sabbath day, they complained that he defiled a ‘holy’ day. So antagonistic were they, that they sought ways and opportunity to destroy him. This raises two important questions: Why did Jesus heal without hesitation on the sabbath day, especially when he knew how the Jewish leaders would be incensed? And, why do the gospel records attach particular importance to his sabbath day miracles? Seven specific sabbath miracles are noted in the gospels and one of these was preceded by an incident which placed Jesus’ view of the sabbath in direct opposition to that held by the Jewish leaders (Matthew 12:1 – 8). Some of the Pharisees had complained about Jesus’ disciples who were plucking and eating grain as they walked through the cornfield on a sabbath day. The Jewish law allowed passers-by this privilege, but did not specify whether it was prohibited on the sabbath (see Deuteronomy 23:25). However, the tradition of the Jewish elders forbade it. They saw the action as no different from reaping and winnowing: activities certainly forbidden on the sabbath.”

I agree with what the writer is saying so far. It was the unbelieving Yudiy elders of Yahvshua’s day who added law upon law (oppression upon oppression much like we have today in the USA and its bureaucracy), regulation upon regulation and until nothing pleasant or kind could be done in the Sabbaths. The writer correctly says that there was no such regulation in the law of Mosheh of prohibiting a Yisraeliy from eating out of the fields of his neighbor (Dabariym/Deut. 23: 24 -25).

Continuing on page 4 & 5 under the section “Old Testament Precedents”:

“In his reply to the Pharisees’ charge, Jesus mentioned two incidents from the Jewish scriptures. He reminded them of the great king David who, when he was in a desperate position ate of the show bread, food specifically devoted to the priest’ use (1 Samuel 21:1 – 6). Speaking of the priests, Jesus also pointed out that they ‘broke the sabbath’ every time it was their turn to perform the temple services on the seventh day. Yet David was blameless before God, and so were the priest. There were clearly some other considerations that applied in these circumstances. If they could be understood, then we may better appreciate Jesus’ own attitude to the sabbath.”

Remember Yahvshua told the Pharisees that they needed to learn how to apply chesed/kindness when teaching YaHVeH’s Law/Torah:

Mattith`Yah: 23:23...Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you all pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the Torah, judgment, compassion/eleos G/chesed H, and emun H/pistis G/belief: these ought you to have done, and not to leave the other undone...

Page 34

Luke: 11:42...But woe to you, Pharisees! For you all tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of YaHVeH: these ought you to have done, and not to leave the other undone...

The religious leaders in Yahvshua’s day were corrupt, so their minds were becoming more and more perverted. They were walking in fear. Their judgments became based on fear and not love. Remember what Shaul said to Timothy:

2 Timothy: 1:7...For YaHVeH has not given us the ruach of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind...

Because their hearts were not filled with love they could not make right decision in matters such as healing people on the Sabbaths. Or people eating out of a field on the Sabbaths to satisfy their hunger.

Page 5 of the pamphlet “Sunday and the Sabbaths” under section “Old Testament Precedents”:

“There are some important similarities between the two Old Testament precedents Jesus quoted and his own position. David was being pursued by Saul, the Jewish king, when he came to Ahimelech the priest at Nob, and asked for food for himself and his ‘young men’. Jesus was with his young men – the disciples – and the Jewish leaders of his day were keen to pursue him. If the Pharisees had pondered the comparison they would also have learned that Jesus, like David, was ‘the Lord’s anointed’, and they, like Saul, had had their day.”

I agree with the writer in his analogy of melek David and Yahvshua Mashiyach.

“So also with the other incident. It was true that the priests did not profane the sabbath if they were working in God’s house. But Jesus had said to Mary and Joseph when he was only twelve years old, after they had searched for him for three days, ‘How is it that you sought me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father’s house?’ (Luke 2:49). Unlike anyone else who has ever lived, Jesus lived his whole life in total harmony with God’s will. All others, however good they may be, have sinned. Even David, a ‘man after God’s own heart’, sinned in the matter of Bathsheba. But Jesus ‘ committed no sin; no guile was found on his lips’ (1 Peter 2:22).”

I’m not sure what point the writer is making here. But the point I want to make is; Yahvshua, which is the Word of YaHVeH (Yahn 1:1 – 3; 17:5; B`reshiyth 3:8), is the one who spoke at Mount Sinai to all the people the FATHER’s “everlasting covenant” (Dabariym/Deut. 4:9 – 13; Yahn 8:58; 10:16). He had the authority and wisdom to properly discern how to keep YaHVeH’s Sabbath set apart. Yahvshua was not backing down from the authority that He has, He is Master of the Sabbath (Mat. 12:8). He determines how we as believers should keep it, by no means was He trying to do away with it. Yahvshua was telling the Pharisee’s in Mattith`Yah chapter 12, they needed to look to Him in how to properly keep the Sabbath kodesh (set apart/ “holy”), not the elders or their man made traditions.

Page 35

Part 8 of 13

Continuing on page 5 of the pamphlet under section “Lord of the Sabbath”:

“We wonder whether the Pharisees understood the real impact of these two examples Jesus had quoted. It was an outright claim to his close relationship with God, and his part in God’s plan of redemption as the future King who will rule over an earth at peace. His short summary of the sabbath provision is important: “He said to them, ‘The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: so the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath’” (Mark 2:27, 28).

Jesus declared what we discovered from looking at the Old Testament: God provided the sabbath to confer benefits on anyone who was oppressed-it was ‘made for man’. How could the Pharisees have witnessed the great works Jesus did, healing the sick and bringing relief to the poor and hungry, and not appreciate that the real essence of the sabbath could be seen in his devotion to His Father’s will, and in his concern for his fellow men? ‘Come to me, all who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest’ (Matthew 11:29).

Truly he was ‘Lord of the sabbath’!"

Yes, I agree with that statement. Yahvshua the Mashiyach is Master of the Sabbath. But in no way was He doing away with it. Yahvshua was revealing to us as believers in Him how to enter into it and rest. Yahvshua said He was Master of the Sabbath, He did not say He is the day. He does not replace the literal day. He shows us how to properly enter and keep YaHVeH’s Sabbaths (Iybriyiym 4)!

Page 5 sections under “Salvation from Sin”:

“Just as God had brought the nation of Israel out of Egypt and released them from slavery, the Bible describes how Jesus, by destroying in himself the power of sinful desires, has opened up a way for men and women to have their own sins forgiven, and ultimately to be released from the grip of mortality. Many aspects of the Law given through Moses looked forward to this work of Christ: the tabernacle, the sacrifices, and the priests, for example. But so did the sabbath. It should have taught the Jewish nation of God’s concern for His people, and of the blessings He wished to shower upon them. The apostle Paul described it like this: ‘The law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ...but after that faith is come we are no longer under a schoolmaster’ (Galatians 3:24,25)."

And it is at this point the “many” (Mattith`Yah 7:21 – 23; 24:5) have sown their own seeds of destruction. Kepha said:

Page 36

2 Kepha 3:15… And account that the long suffering of our Rabbi is salvation; even as our beloved brother Shaul/Paul also according to the wisdom given to him has written to you;

2 Kepha: 3:16: As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, to their own destruction

Yes, it is true Shaul did not teach the physical requirements of the law of Mosheh for salvation. This law was placed on the OUTSIDE of the ark (Dabariym/Deut. 31:26; Gal. 3:10; Col. 2:14). This law is not binding on us for salvation. But that Law placed INSIDE the ark Shaul did teach (Romans 3:31; 7:14; 1 Yahn 3:4). I have already shown you where Shaul was keeping the weekly and annual Sabbaths in the book of Acts.

It is correct to understand that these physical requirements in the law of Mosheh were schoolmasters that only represented and pointed to the eventual reality, which is Yahvshua the Mashiyach. The law of Mosheh dealing with the Le-viy-iy/Le-vee`ee kohen hood was a representation of the Kohen Hood that is in Yahvshua the Mashiyach (T`hiyliym 110; Iybriyiym 7; 8). The animal sacrifices that the Leviy kohen offered were only representation that pointed to Yahvshua Mashiyach and His sacrifice (Iybriyiym 9; 10). Those sacrifices DONE IN the annual Sabbaths/Yearly Appointed Times pointed to Yahvshua the Mashiyach, but the annual and weekly Sabbaths are NOT DONE AWAY! Only those things that were kept in them that pointed (shadow) to Yahvshua Mashiyach.

Continuing on page 5 of the pamphlet:

“The Law taught a lesson about God’s purpose through Christ. If the lesson has been understood and adopted, the work of the Law is complete. The sabbath was a weekly reminder of the release from Egypt. Followers of Christ are now commanded to remember the release he has achieved on their behalf. Shortly before his crucifixion, Jesus ate a meal with his disciples and imparted a fuller meaning to the bread and wine they shared. The bread, he said, was representative of his body, wholly given to God to bring salvation to his friends; the wine was, like his blood, shed for them for the forgiveness of sins. ‘This do’, he told them, ‘in remembrance of me’. Commenting on this, the Apostle Paul explained that, ‘as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes’ (Luke 22:19; 1 Corinthians 11:26)."

Now the weekly Sabbath is a weekly reminder of the release we have through Yahvshua Mashiyach from the clutches of Satan and sin. It has not been done away, only the shadow of it has, so that the reality of its true purpose could be revealed through the works of Yahvshua our Rabbi (Iybriyiym 4).

I have no disagreement with the writers understanding concerning the bread and the wine and how it is to represent the body and blood of Yahvshua the Mashiyach. I think I would disagree with how often it is to be consumed. I don’t believe the taken of the body and blood of Yahvshua is to be treated as a common everyday occurrence. I believe the opportunity for taking part in His body and blood occurs once a year at Passover in the 1st Chodesh and on the 14th of the 2nd Chodesh (Shemoth/Ex. 12; B`midbar/Num. 9:10-11). It was at the time of Pesach/Passover, when the lambs were being slaughtered that Yahvshua (Yahn 1:29) was hung on the tree and His blood was poured out. Read article Pesach/Passover, which has not yet been posted.

Another issue the writer needs to remember when Shaul was speaking about these events in 1 Corinthians they were to take place in the Passover season, which the Yahudiy would also call the Passover or Feast of Unleavened Bread. This is why Shaul said in 1 Corinthians chapter 5:

1 Corinthians: 5:7…Purge out therefore the old leaven, that you be a new lump, as you are unleavened. For even Mashiyach our Passover is sacrificed for us:

1 Corinthians: 5:8: Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth…

Continuing on page 5 and 6 of the pamphlet:

“No wonder Paul was so upset that some of those he had taught the good news about Christ were insisting that the sabbath (and all the other parts of the Jewish religious calendar) had to be observed: ‘Now that you have come to know God how can you turn back again?. . . You observe days, and months and seasons, and years! I am afraid I have laboured over you in vain’ (Galatians 4:9, 10). Not that following these aspects of the Law was wrong, but insisting that all Christians believers should do so ignored what Jesus himself had taught. In an important and crucial passage, Paul explained that what had earlier been imposed nationally on the Jews, since Christ had come was a matter for the individual conscience:"

Here again is where “Christians”, which are called the “many” (Mattith`Yah 24:5; 13:25 - 30) jump the track and twist because of their lack of understanding of what Shaul taught. Read article when it is posted: What is the "everlasting Covenant?”

This is an explanation I hear often from “Christians” (Mattith`Yah 24:5). In no way, just because you see the recording of the 1st day of the week in letters from the emissaries does it mean they are now keeping the 1st day of the week in place of YaHVeH’s weekly Sabbath. The Body of Yahvshua was under heavy persecution from the unbelieving Yudiy and unbelieving Gentiles. I’m sure they would meet together whenever they could on any day of the week if it was necessary. This does not mean they were not observing the weekly and annual appointed times.

I was not going to do this because it will make my rebuttal of this pamphlet longer than I originally wanted, but I see that it is necessary to do so. Just as the writer of the pamphlet says:

“The information is introduced so naturally into the account that must have been the practice adopted generally by the various groups of believers in different places.”

Page 38

Note what the writer of the pamphlet wrote is his opinion, not truth or fact. If you read and study the letters we have that bare record of the Acts of the emissaries and their letters to the Body of Yahvshua you will see that the Sabbaths were “...introduced so naturally into the account...” that if you were not really looking for them that you would just read right over them. You see, you must sincerely want and desire the truth before your eyes can be open to see these hidden things (Yesha`Yah/Isaiah 6:9-10).

Here are verses in the Epistles that indirectly show that the Body of Yahvshua is still observing YaHVeH’s weekly and annual Sabbaths:

Acts: 2:1: And when the day of Pentecost/Feast of Weeks was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place...

Acts: 12:3… And because he saw it pleased the Yudiy, he proceeded further to take Kepha also… (Then were the days of unleavened bread.)

Acts: 12:4: And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Passover to bring him forth to the people…

Acts: 13:14… But when they departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia, and went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and sat down…

Acts: 13:42… And when the Yudiy were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next Sabbath

Acts: 13:44… And the next Sabbath day came almost the entire city together to hear the Word of YaHVeH…

Acts: 15:21…For Mosheh of old time has in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every Sabbath day

Acts: 16:13… And on the Sabbath we went out of the city by a river side, where prayer was wanting to be made; and we sat down, and spoke to the women which resorted there…

Acts: 17:2…And Shaul, as his manner was, went in to them, and three Sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures…

Acts: 18:4… And he reasoned in the synagogue every Sabbath, and persuaded the Yudiy and the Greeks…

Acts: 20:6…And we sailed away from Philippi after the days of unleavened bread, and came to them to Troas in five days; where we abode seven days...

d

Page 39

Acts: 20:16…For Shaul had determined to sail by Ephesus, because he would not spend the time in Asia: for he hasted, if it were possible for him, to be at Yahvshalam the day of Pentecost/Feast of Weeks

Acts: 27:9… Now when much time was spent, and when sailing was now dangerous, because the fast was now already past, Shaul admonished them…

The fast” spoken of in this verse is in reference to the annual Sabbath/appointed time called by the Yahudiy Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement.

1 Corinthians: 5:6…Your kauchema G/halal H/boasting is not right. Know you not that a little leaven leavens the entire lump?

1 Corinthians: 5:7: Purge out therefore the old leaven that you all be a new lump, as you are unleavened. For even Mashiyach our Passover is sacrificed for us:

1 Corinthians: 5:8: Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth…

1 Corinthians: 11:23…For I have received of the Rabbi that which also I delivered to you, That the Rabbi Yahvshua the same night in which He was betrayed took bread:

1 Corinthians: 11:24: And when He had given thanks, He brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is My body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of Me.

1 Corinthians: 11:25: After the same manner also He took the cup, when He had supped, saying, this cup is the new testament in My blood: this do you all, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.

1 Corinthians: 11:26: For as often as you all eat this bread, and drink this cup, you do show the Rabbi's death till He come.

1 Corinthians: 11:27: That's why whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Rabbi, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Rabbi.

1 Corinthians: 11:28: But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.

1 Corinthians: 11:29: For he that eats and drinks unworthily, eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Rabbi's Body...

Part 9 of 13

1 Corinthians: 16:8…But I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost/Feast of Weeks

Iybriyiym/Hebrews: 4:4…For HE spoke in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And YaHVeH did rest the seventh day from all HIS works…

Iybriyiym: 4:9…There remains therefore a rest to the people of YaHVeH…

These verses “Christians” will inevitably explain away or even ignore when questioned about them. But there is no doubt that through motivation of YaHVeH’s set apart Ruach (1 Kepha 1:21) HE had these verses recorded so there will be no excuse for saying I didn’t know.

Page 40

Continuing on page 6 of the pamphlet:

“The implication is that the sabbath was studiously avoided as the day when the memorial of Jesus’ sacrifice was held, and they chose instead the day when he rose from the dead. The sabbath had commemorated God’s rest after creation. The first day of the week was a reminder of when God had said: ‘Let there be light’, and of when ‘the Light of the world’ came from the tomb. Death was conquered, and Jesus was the Lord of life.”

As you can see from the verses previously quoted that the emissaries were continuing in the Sabbaths and the writer of the pamphlet is sorely mistaken when he says: “...the sabbath was studiously avoided as the day when the memorial of Jesus’ sacrifice was held...”

You see, seekers of the truth, Satan has deceived the entire world (Rev. 12:9; 13:11; 17:5) into believing that YaHVeH’s Sabbaths have been done away (Dan. 7:25) now that Yahvshua has come (Yesha`Yah 24:5; Daniel 7:25). Satan is a counterfeiter (2 Corinthians 11:14). Satan replaces the truth with a lie. He has always done this. He did it the very day he was allowed in the garden (B`reshiyth 3:4).

The writer says: "... and they chose instead the day when he rose from the dead...The first day of the week was a reminder of when God had said: ‘Let there be light’, and of when ‘the Light of the world’ came from the tomb. Death was conquered, and Jesus was the Lord of life.”

No. Neither did Yahvshua ha`Mashiyach or the chosen emissaries change YaHVeH`s weekly 7th day Sabbath to the first day of the week, that would be done much later by Roman Emperor Constantine I (Dan. 7:25). Read articles when posted on website:

77) Christian Sun god/Baal Exposed

86) Messi`Yah is not in Christmas

From the pamphlet “Sunday and the Sabbath” page 6:

“Though worship on the first day of the week had become part of the pattern of the early Christian congregation, the restrictions of the sabbath had not simply been transferred from Saturday to Sunday. There are no instructions in the New Testament commanding believers to rest from their daily work. The individual has to order his own life as he sees fit: ‘Therefore let no one pass judgment on you. . . with regard to a festival or a new moon or a sabbath. These are only a shadow of what is to come; but the substance to Christ’ (Colossians 2:16, 17).”

Page 41

This verse of scripture (Col. 2:16) has been the most misused, twisted and misunderstood of all of what the emissary Shaul wrote, and “Christianity” continues to use it for their own destruction (2 Kepha 3:16); when Shaul wrote these words in his letter to the Colossians he was NOT instructing them to give up the new moons/Chodesh and Sabbaths. “Christianity” (Mark 7:7) has it backwards. Remember it was the Gentiles who were coming into the knowledge (Hoshea 4:6) of the truth, not the Yudiy. The unbelieving Yudiy already had YaHVeH’s Sabbaths (The Law/Torah), but they denied Yahvshua as YaHVeH’s Mashiyach. The Gentiles did not know anything about YaHVeH’s Sabbaths, but they believed that Yahvshua is YaHVeH’s anointed (Yesha`Yah 65:1). When Shaul says:

Colossians: 2:16…Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of a kodesh day, or of the chodesh, or of the Sabbath days:

Colossians: 2:17: Which are a shadow of things to come; but the Body is of Mashiyach…

Shaul is now telling the Gentiles (who were coming out of their pagan customs) don't allow anyone OUTSIDE the Body of Yahvshua (the Ekklesia/Kara yaza of YaHVeH) to judge them! The Body of Yahvshua had two sides pulling on them (2 Corinthians 4:8). On the one said they had the unbelieving Yudiy (Acts 15). On the other side they had unbelieving Gentiles (Family and friends). It was unbelieving Yudiy and unbelieving Gentiles that were trying to judge the Body of Yahvshua in what they were now doing. The Gentiles were now keeping YaHVeH’s Sabbaths and they were receiving persecution from unbelieving Yudiy and their family and friends (Luke 12:52-53), because now they were not going to Ashteroth (Easter) or Nimrod (Christmas) celebrations (Just to name a few). From the book:

The Decline and fall of the Roman Empire by Edward Gibbon page 636 2nd paragraphs:

"...His ministers were permitted to signify the intentions of their master in the various language which was best adapted to their respective principles; (7) and he artfully balanced the hopes and fears of his subjects, by publishing in the same year two edicts; the first of A.D. 321. Which enjoined the solemn observance of Sunday, (8) and the second directed the regular consultation of the Aruspices..."

From the pamphlet page 6:

“This New Testament teaching can be briefly summarised as follows:

1) The Jews had forgotten the real purpose of the sabbath, it was lost in a welter of petty rules and regulations which they had devised.

2) Jesus, in his teaching and by his miracles, declared the real purpose of the sabbath. It should show that God’s purpose involves freeing men and women from slavery to sin and death so that they can serve Him. There was no better day for him to do God’s work than on the sabbath.

Page 42

3) The sabbath was a weekly reminder of these things, but Jesus lived this way everyday, throughout his life.

4) After Jesus’ ascension, his disciples met on the first day of the week to remember his sacrifice, but did not make it a matter of command: it was for their individual conscience.

1) I agree with the writer in this matter. The Yudiy did add their traditions into the Sabbaths and they became a great burden. Nobody was able to enjoy the true intent of the Sabbaths. Yahvshua the Mashiyach was in no way trying to do away with the Sabbaths, but He was trying to show us that we could still cease from our labor (Making our livings/buying and selling) and still do well/kind works in them.

2) Again I agree with the writer in point number two. The Sabbath now is the weekly reminder that YaHVeH through HIS Salvation (Yahvshua) is freeing us from the clutches of Satan and sin (Shemoth 20:8 – 11).

3) I disagree with the writer when he says: “The sabbath was a weekly reminder...” the Sabbaths have NOT been done away by Yahvshua or the emissaries. They continue to remind us of YaHVeH’s plan of Salvation (Iybriyiym 4). The Sabbaths will never be done away. If you can do away with the Sun, moon, and stars than you can do away with YaHVeH’s Sabbaths (T`hiyliym/Psalm 148:6).

4) I totally disagree with the writer of the pamphlet on this issue. The limmudiym/taught ones were more than likely meeting together every chance they could in the early stages, because they were under heavy persecution. We only have a brief moment of time recorded in Shaul’s letters and Luke’s (Acts). In no way are these letters all encompassing of what the emissaries were doing everyday. The emissaries were already following the commandments (Mattith`Yah 19:17; Yahn 14:15; 15:10; 1 Yahn 5:2-3; Rev. 12:17; 14:12). When the emissaries met on the day of Pentecost (Feast of Weeks V`yakra 23:9 – 22; Acts 2), which is an annual Sabbath/a Yearly Appointed Time that falls on the first day of the week. They were KEEPING YaHVeH`s SABBATH! I have already shown you in the Messianic Writings/New Testament where the emissaries continued to keep the Sabbaths.

Continuing on page 6 of the pamphlet under the section “Modern Attitudes”:

“Religious Jews today who do not recognise the work of the Lord Jesus Christ still keep the sabbath traditionally on the seventh day. They sincerely believe that the Law is still awaiting its fulfillment.”

As I have already shown you, the emissaries continued to observe YaHVeH’s Sabbaths. Yes, unbelieving Yudiy continued to keep the Sabbaths, but it is vain because they don’t believe in the One who made the Sabbath (Mattith`Yah 12:8; Yahn 3:18).

Page 43

Unbelieving Yudiy cannot see (Yesha`Yah 25:7; 2 Cor. 3:14) the real ruach purpose of the Sabbaths and what they point to (Iybriyiym 4/Gal. 3:24).

Part 10 of 13

“Some Christians think that by worshipping on a Sunday they are keeping some sort of New Testament Sabbath. We have seen that there is no support for this view in the Scriptures. But this does not mean there is anything wrong in worshipping on a Sunday, or in refraining from the mundane tasks that fill other days of the week. Where Sunday is not a normal working day, it is surely sensible to arrange meetings for worship on that day. Yet it must always be remembered that God does not command it. While Christian’s believers should meet regularly to remember Christ’s sacrifice, there are no commands about exactly when they should do so. The important statement about this is that ‘as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death’. It is more crucial to remember regularly what Christ achieved, than to make an issue about what day the memorial should be kept.”

It sometimes just blows my mind when I read statements like this from “Christians” (Mattith`Yah 24:5; Mark 7:7). Some of them have no idea of what took place approximately 1,702 years ago (5302* FCA/321 CE - 7004* FCA/2024 CE) when Constantine I got involved with solving matters in the Body of Yahvshua. This entire world has been deceived (Rev. 12:9; 13:11) by this mans edicts. A believer in Yahvshua the Mashiyach MUST always remember that we are founded on the emissaries, Nebiyiym/Foretellers and Yahvshua the Mashiyach the chief corner stone (Ephesians 2:20). So we must consider and take heed what the Nebiyiym wrote. Daniy`Yah/Daniel wrote:

Daniel: 7:25: And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the kadoshiym of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

The Nabiy Yesha`Yah wrote:

Yeshayah/Isaiah: 24:5: The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants of it; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.

I tell you today that the leader of the Catholic Church is encouraging his followers to keep “Sunday” “Holy”. You can check these links out and read news article where he is doing just this:

Page 44

This is the historical record we find written by Edward Gibbon in his book THE DECLINE AND FALL OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE VOLUME I Chapter XX Page 636-637

“…The Christianity of Constantine must be allowed in a much more vague and qualified sense; and the nicest accuracy is required in tracing the slow and almost imperceptible gradations by which the monarch declared himself the protector, and at length the proselyte, of the church. It was an arduous task to eradicate the habits and prejudices of his education, to acknowledge the divine power of Christ and to understand that the truth of his revelation was incompatible with the worship of the gods. The obstacles which he had probably experienced in his own mind instructed him to proceed with caution in the momentous change of a national religion; and he insensibly discovered his new opinions, as far as he could enforce them with safety and with effect. During the whole course of his reign, the stream of Christianity flowed with a gentle, though accelerated, motion: but its general direction was sometimes checked, and sometimes diverted by the accidental circumstances of the times, and by the prudence, or possibly by the caprice, of the monarch. His ministers were permitted to signify the intentions of their master in the various language which was best adapted to their respective principles; (7) and he artfully balanced the hopes and fears of his subjects, by publishing in the same year two edicts; the first of A.D. 321which enjoined the solemn observance of Sunday, (8) and the second directed the regular consultation of the Aruspices. (9) While this important revolution yet remained in suspense, the Christians and the Pagans watched the conduct of their sovereign with the same anxiety, but with very opposite sentiments. The former were prompted by every motive of zeal, as well as vanity, to exaggerate the marks of his favour and the evidences of his faith. The latter, till their just apprehensions were changed into despair and resentment, attempted to conceal from the world, and from themselves, that the gods of Rome could no longer reckon the emperor in the number of their votaries. The same passions and prejudices have engaged the partial writers of the times to connect the public profession of Christianity with the most glorious or the most ignominious era of the reign of Constantine…(11) But the devotion of Constantine was more peculiarly directed to the genius of the Sun, the Apollo of Greek and Roman mythology; and he was pleased to be represented with the symbols of the god of Light and Poetry…

Continuing in the pamphlet under section “Seventh Day Adventists”:

“Members of this church claim that Christians should keep the seventh-day sabbath. They are right in saying that the sabbath was instituted on the seventh day, and not the first; but their insistence that true believers in Christ should still keep it ignores the New Testament evidence. If the apostles, who wrote under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, specifically stated that keeping the sabbath was turning back ‘to the weak and beggarly elements’ from which Christ’s sacrifice had freed them (Galatians 4:9), how can true Christians insist upon it? Adventists claim that the sabbath was instituted and kept in Eden, though, as we have seen, there is no Biblical evidence of a sabbath command before the Law of Moses was given.”

Page 45

I don’t totally know what the Seventh Day Adventist teach, because I am not a Seventh Day Adventist. I am a member of the Body of Yahvshua kept in YaHVeH’s name (Yahn 17:11; Roman 12:5). There are no denominations of men in the Body of Yahvshua (1 Corinthians 1:10 – 13). I do know that Seventh Day Adventist don’t teach the keeping of YaHVeH’s annual Sabbaths/Yearly Appointed Times, just the weekly seventh day Sabbath. Shaul and the other emissaries kept and taught both the weekly and Yearly Appointed Times as I have already shown you on part 9 and 10 of this article.

The Sabbaths were instituted in the Garden of Eden, because YaHVeH changes not (Malachi 3:6). I believe some believers have been deceived (Mattith`Yah 24:5; Revelation 12:9; 13:11) and it is going to take the “Great Tribulation” before they repent (Revelation 7:14’; 18:4). The emissaries never wrote that turning back to the Sabbaths was turning back ‘to the weak a beggarly elements’, that is a twisting of what the emissary Shaul taught and wrote and has destroyed many in their belief (2 Kepha 3:16). The Gentiles were coming out of their pagan practices, which is the “weak and beggarly elements” that had similar physical requirements that the law of Mosheh had, such as a man having his penis circumcised. When posted read article: “Circumcision”

Continuing in the pamphlet page 7 under section “Seventh Day Adventists”:

“The New Testament teaching about the Law of Moses no longer being operative for Christians believers is so clear that it may wondered how the members of that church can maintain their position. They do so by claiming that the Law must be viewed in two parts: a ‘moral’ law (the Ten Commandments), and a ‘ceremonial’ law (all the other commandments). They see the ‘moral’ law as God’s eternal commands, and thus still in force for believers today. They accept that the ‘ceremonial’ law came to an end when the Lord Jesus was crucified. But the Bible never refers to the Law in this way; the phrases ‘moral law’ and ‘ceremonial law’ do not occur in Scripture, and nor do the ideas the phrases are meant to express.”

If your going to base your argument on the fact that the scriptures don’t define between the “moral law” and “ceremonial law” that same argument can be used for the bases of “Christians” doctrine also. Yahvshua spoke in parables so others couldn’t understand (Yesha`Yah 6:9-10; Mattith`Yah 13:10 – 15). The Word of YaHVeH speaks here a little there a little (Yesha`Yah 28:9 -10) so that the wicked will be caught in his or her own devices (Yesha`Yah 28:13; T`hiyliym 10:2; 33:10; 37:7; 119:53;). “Many” (Mattith`Yah 24:5) “Christians” (Mark 7:7) justify keeping the first day of the week in place of YaHVeH’s weekly seventh day Sabbath by calling  “Sunday”  “The Lord’s Day” (Revelation 1:10), which is a total twisting and erroneous understanding of what “The Lord’s Day” is. It has nothing to do with the first day of the week. “The Lord’s Day” is a specific event in time and will take place at the “last Trump”/ 7th Shophar/Trumpet (1 Corinthians 15:52; I Thessalonians 4:13 – 17; Revelation 10:7; 11:14 -15). This argument is even more ludicrous when you really consider what “Christians” are saying. You can go to a “Christian” and ask them is it okay to steal, lie, cheat commit adultery... and they will flat out tell you no! But when it comes to the 5th commandment (Many call it the 4th commandment) some will without hesitation tell you its been done away or changed. Remember Daniel 7:25 and Yesha`Yah 24:5. Also remember what the Body of Yahvshua is founded on. Read Ephesians 2:20; Malachi 3:6. This is just speaking of the weekly seventh day Sabbath versus "Sunday" argument, I’m not getting in a depth discussion in this article concerning the annual appointed times spoken of in V’yakra chapter 23.

Page 46

Part 11 of 13

When it comes to YaHVeH’s annual Sabbaths/Moediym/Appointed Times  “Christianities” denial becomes even more defiant (Zechar`Yah 7:12; Romans 8:7). “Christians” (Mattith`Yah 24:5; Rev. 12:9; 13:11) will even admit that the customs they observe (Mark 7:7) are pagan (Mattith`Yah 10:26). Some will not even keep “Halloween” because they can’t cover up the wickedness that is in this annual pagan ritual. But “Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day, Sunday, Lent...these customs are just as wicked as “Halloween”! The Word of YaHVeH (Yahn 1:1 – 3) did not spare ancient Yisrael when they did away with HIS Sabbaths, and started keeping pagan customs in place of them (1 Melekiym/Kings 12:26 – 33; Yechizki’Yah 20; focus on verse 12), what makes you think that Yahvshua the Mashiyach will allow it now (Revelation 2:6; 2:14; 2:20 B`midbar/Num. chapters 22 – 25; 25:1-3; 1 Melekiym 18)? Please repent from this great error and sin (James/Ya'akob 5:20)! Let me ask you this question: are YaHVeH’s Sabbaths done away and these pagan customs that “Christianity” observe not (Hoshea 2:11; Rev. 17:5)?

Continuing on page 7 of the pamphlet:

“In fact, there is a specific comment in the New Testament showing that the Ten Commandments were not to be regarded as eternal principles. The Apostle Paul wrote to Christian believers in Corinth telling them that ‘the written code (the Law of Moses) kills, but the Spirit gives life’ He described the Ten Commandments as ‘the dispensation of death, carved in letters on stone’ (2 Corinthians 3:6, 7). The high standards of the Law convicted every man a sinner, and the righteous punishment for sin is death. The essence of the teaching of Christ is the hope of forgiveness of sins because of his sinless life and selfless sacrifice.”

“The written code (the Law of Moses) kills...” The Law of Mosheh was placed on the OUTSIDE of the ark (Dabariym/Deut. 31:26; Galatians 3:10; Colossians 2:14). In it, it had written laws that demanded that the person who disobeyed must be stoned to death.  In the Body of Yahvshua that Law has been done away. If somebody sins in the Body of Yahvshua, he or she is to repent from their sin (1 Yahn 1:8-9) and they are forgiven (Yahn 20:21 – 23). If the person does not repent that person is cut off or put out of the Body of Yahvshua (1 Corinthians 5:4-5) until they do repent (Rev. 3:14 - 19). Don't get me wrong it is recorded in Acts that a married couple was killed because they were deceiving and lying. But Kepha didn't use any stone to kill them; it was through the power of YaHVeH's Ruach ha'Kodesh that they died. See Acts 5:1 - 11.

Page 47

YaHVeH’s Law/Torah was placed INSIDE the ark (1 Melekiym 8:9; Rev. 11:19; 12:17; 14:12). Yahvshua the Mashiyach’s blood covers and takes away the death penalty that this law brings (Romans 6:23). A time is coming when we who are part of the Body of Yahvshua will no longer transgress this law (1 Yahn 1:8-9; T`hiyliym 119:88; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10; 15:50), but that law has not been done away through Yahvshua, it has been established (Romans 3:31; Yirmi`Yah/Jer. 31:33; Yesha`Yah 8:16, 20; Yechizki`Yah/Ezekiel 11:19; 36:26; Mattith`Yah 26:28; Iybriyiym 8:10). Some will argue that the Yudiy made no difference between the Law of Mosheh and the Ten Commandments, but that argument is in error. The Yudiy didn’t have everything right, Yahvshua made this clear when He walked on the earth in the flesh (Mattith`Yah 22:29; Titus 1:14). If there were no difference between the Law of Mosheh (Dabariym/Deut. 31:26; Galatians 3:10; Colossians 2:14) and the Ten Commandments both would have been placed INSIDE the ark. Only the Stone Tablets were placed INSIDE the ark (Shemoth 20; 25:16; 31:18; Dabariym 4:9 – 13; 1 Melekiym 8:9; Revelation 11:19; 12:17; 14:12). Also, it was the scroll of Mosheh that was placed on the OUTSIDE of the Ark that was found in the 1st Heykal while Chilkiyah was high kohen during the reign of melek Yosiyah (II Melekiym 22:8 Dabariym/Deut. 31:26).

Continuing on page 7 of the pamphlet:

“We do not like to take issue with people who are honestly attempting to interpret what the Bible teaches, but we believe that Seventh Day Adventists are seriously misguided on this particular aspect. Their beliefs possibly grew up as a reaction to a very common misconception regarding Bible teaching about the sabbath. This misconception arose within a few hundred years following the death of Christ, and soon became a fixed tradition.”

I am NOT a Seventh Day Adventist and have never been a Seventh Day Adventists. I know very little of what they teach other than they only teach the weekly seventh day Sabbath. The Body of Yahvshua, which includes the emissaries, kept and taught the weekly and annual Sabbaths of YaHVeH (V`yakra 23). If the Sabbaths are no big deal, than why does the “Christian” world make such a big issue of not keeping them? If you are a “Christian” (Mattith`Yah 24:5; Mark 7:7; Revelation 18:4) and say you are not obligated to keep Sunday and all the other pagan customs of “Christianity”, such as Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day, Lent...and so on, than I challenge you to stop keeping them, if it is no big deal (Daniel 7:25). Find out what will happen when you do. Let’s take the challenge a little bit farther. Stop keeping these pagan customs of “Christianity” (Mark 7:7) and start keeping YaHVeH’s Sabbaths and see how much you will suffer for righteousness sake (T`hiyliym 119:172; Mattith`Yah 5:10-11).

Continuing in the pamphlet under section “The Early Church” on page 7:

Page 48

The spread of Christianity in those early times was rapid and far-reaching. It has been likened to a spreading flame, setting alight all in its path. The effect upon the Roman Empire, which controlled a large area of the inhabited world in those days, was very great. Some emperors, seeing the threat it posed, attempted to stamp it out by persecution. But, like pruning a tree, this only made the movement stronger and more determined. In the fourth century A.D. the emperor Constantine saw the political advantages of having the Christian subjects in his empire working with him rather than against him. So he merged some of the aspects of the old pagan religions with features of Christianity. Some pagan festivals were renamed to make them acceptable to both Christians and non-Christians. Recognizing that Christians met to remember their Lord on the first day of the week, Constantine issue and edict to the effect that: ‘All judges, city people and craftsmen shall rest on the venerable day of the Sun’. He therefore cleverly merged the old Sun-worship with the ‘new’ religion of Christianity.”

You know, it just amazes me how deceitful and wicked our hearts are (Yirmi`Yah 17:9). The persons who wrote this pamphlet clearly knows (Mattith`Yah 10:26) what Constantine did, but they will continue to justify their wickedness and sin by saying that the early believers were keeping the first day of the week as “The Lord’s Day”. I do not dispute or deny that the early stages of the Body of Yahvshua were meeting on the first day of the week, BUT THEY CONTINUED TO KEEP YAHVEH`S SABBATHS! The first day of the week was convenient for the gathering of foodstuffs on instead of on YaHVeH’s Sabbaths (1 Corinthians 16:2). Why did Shaul want this done on the first day of the week, because as his custom was to go and teach and preach on the Sabbath (Acts 17:2), he did not want to do everyday task in YaHVeH’s Sabbath.

Continuing page 7 of pamphlet:

“It was like the Law of Moses re-imposed in a pseudo-Christian way. All the restrictions the Law had applied to the seventh day, by Constantine’s edict now transferred to the first day. He removed the freedom introduced through Christ, and made observance a matter of law rather than free will. Just as the Jews had built up their traditions about how the sabbath should be kept, over a period of time misguided Christians began to view the first day of the week in strict Sabbatarian terms. We have only to read some Victorian novels to understand how dull and depressing, how much calculated to remove any joy in worship, these traditions became.”

I could not agree more with the writer of pamphlet. Today we still have “Christians” keeping the first day of the week as a sabbath, even though they will deny they do. It was not long ago even here in the state of Virginia we had blue laws enforcing restrictions on “Sunday”, and in some states you can't hunt on "Sunday" but it is perfectly okay to hunt on YaHVeH`s weekly Sabbath. As I have already challenged you before I challenge you again; stop keeping these pagan customs that “Christianity” practice (Mattith`Yah 24:5; Mark 7:7; Rev. 12:9; 13:11; Daniel 7:25; Yesha`Yah 24:5) and start keeping YaHVeH’s Sabbaths through belief in Yahvshua (Revelation 12:17; 14:12; Yahn 10:16) and see how you are set apart. I agree the Sabbaths of YaHVeH should not become burdensome as the Pharisees, Sadducees and Scribes made them. We need to learn to keep them the way the Word of YaHVeH set an example to keep them (Mattith`Yah 12:12). We need to do kindness in them. But you can’t begin to learn how to do kindness in the Sabbaths until you recognize (Yesha`Yah 6:9-10; 28:13 eyes to see with) that the Sabbaths still exist (Iybriyiym 4) and will exist at Yahvshua Mashiyach’s return (Zecharyah/Zechariah 14:16).

Page 49

Part 12 of 13

Continuing on page 8, which is the last page of the pamphlet under the section “Seven Whole Days”:

“What can we learn from the subject, so that we can put into practice today only those things that are pleasing to God? There are some lines in George Herbert’s famous hymn, ‘King of Glory, King of Peace’, that can help us:

‘Seven whole days, not one in seven, I will praise thee....

E’en eternity’s too short to extol thee.’

Our time belongs, not to us, but to God. If we wish truly to please Him, we shall not grudgingly give Him just one day a week, and keep all the rest to spend only as we see fit. We shall try to keep His commands as guides for every aspect of our lives, and thus honour and glorify Him. There is no doubt that there are great blessings to be obtained from a regular weekly release from ordinary, but necessary work. If these blessings are properly used what better than to devote them to worship and remembrance, as a response to a gracious provision, not because some ‘law’ makes demands on mankind. This is how Paul spoke about the subject a little later in his letter to the Galatians: ‘Stand fast therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery...for you were called to freedom, brethren; only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love be servants one of another’ (Galatians 5:1, 13).

Here again we of the twisting of what Shaul taught (2 Kepha 3:16). The “yoke of slavery” Shaul is referring to is disobedience to that Law found in Shemoth 20 placed INSIDE the ark (1 Melekiym 8:9). The Gentiles were living contrary to that law placed INSIDE the Ark (Rev. 11:19) before they were called out of their pagan rituals. They were producing the works of the flesh (Galatians 6:19 – 21; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10), which is contrary (disobedience) to YaHVeH’s Law (Romans 8:7). They were keeping their pagan rituals (I Corinthians 10:20) before they were called, and now they have repented of such a life style, and are now keeping YaHVeH’s commandments, which include YaHVeH’s Sabbaths, which is living in the Ruach and the commandment of love (Mattith`Yah 22:35 – 40).

That’s right our time belongs to Yahvshua the Mashiyach. We are to be His servant everyday but on the Sabbaths we show our love towards Him by entering it (Iybriyiym 4). By keeping YaHVeH’s Sabbaths it requires us to make our schedule around HIM and not HIS schedule around us. Can the clay pot tell the potter what to do (Yesha`Yah 29:16; 64:8)?

Continuing on page 8 under the section “There remains a sabbath rest”:

Page 50

“There is one final aspect. When writing to Jews who had left the Law of Moses behind and become brethren in Christ, the Apostle wrote about the sabbath provision in a fascinating way that draws together all the different things we have discovered in our brief survey of Bible teaching (see Hebrews 3:7 – 4:10). Meditating upon a verse from

Part 13 conclusion

Psalm 95, where God declared that those who turned away from Him would never enter into His rest, the Apostle deduced that there was an implicit promise for some to enter it. Who would they be? It could not be the Israelites who, through disobedience, lost the promised blessings. So it must refer to others, who are still waiting for the rest to begin: ‘There remains a sabbath rest for the people of God; for whoever enters God’s rest also ceases from his labours as God did from his’ (4:9,10).”

The writer of Iybriyiym/Hebrews (some say Shaul others  say Apollo wrote it) was confirming again that the literal Sabbaths are still in existence and for those who have yet to believe in the blood of Yahvshua it still remains there for them to enter into it, when they repent. The writer of Iybriyiym was not doing away with YaHVeH’s Sabbaths or trying to spiritualize/ruachualize it away. The Yudiy who were coming out of "Judaism" were confused on what was expected of them now that Yahvshua has come. If you remember the accounts in Acts the early stages of the Body of Yahvshua began in Yahvshalam/“Jerusalem” (Acts 1-2). The 2nd Temple was still in existence at that time. The Leviy kohen hood was still in existence at that time. The animal sacrifices were still going on at that time. This is what the letter to the Iybriyiym was all about. Some of the believing Yahudiy were still caught up in that system. It had to be explained to them more clearly what was no longer required. If you read and study the letter to the Iybriyiym you will see the writer does just this. He is trying to clarify to the believing Yahudiy what Yahvshua the Mashiyach has fulfilled (Mattith`Yah 5:17). But the writer clearly points out that the literal Sabbaths are there for believers to continue to enter (Iybriyiym 4). There is nothing else to do in the Sabbaths now that Yahvshua has come, but to rest in them. You cannot have a proper understanding of the Messianic Writings/“New Testament” unless you have right understanding of the Tanakh/“Old Testament”. You need to go back to the five books of Mosheh and read and study what was required of the Leviy kohen hood and the people on the Sabbaths.

Continuing on page 8 of the pamphlet:

“The real rest of God is therefore yet to come. It will be a time when His will is done perfectly ‘on earth, as it is in heaven’, as Jesus taught us to pray. Elsewhere, the Bible calls this rest the Kingdom of God. Every day of the week there is an opportunity to show by our lives that we believe in the promise of its establishment.

The King will soon return to call dead and living saints to his Father’s eternal rest. Will you be one who has waited for him?"

End of pamphlet.

Yes, that is right the millennial rest that Yahvshua (YaHVeH’s Out Stretched Arm and Right Hand) will bring when He returns is still yet to come. That is what the Sabbaths are to keep us looking forward to. The weekly and annual Sabbaths/Moediym keep our hearts and tikvah/trust on what is yet to come. Those that are not keeping them will be in the wrong place at the wrong time. It is YaHVeH's Sabbaths that Yahvshua’s little flock (Luke 12:32) is fed in, in due season (Mattith`Yah 24:45; Yahn 10:16; Yechizki`Yah 33). So if you have not yet entered Yahvshua’s rest by entering the weekly and annual Sabbaths, now is the time to get your house in order and repent and do so (Yechizki`Yah 18).

Shabbath shalom to all who have found the key (the entering into YaHVeH's weekly 7th day Shabbat and HIS yearly appointed times through belief in HIS Ben) to the gate/door of Yahshua Mashiyach’s sheep pen.

Revelation/Raz Galah:12:17: And the dragon was angry with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of YaHVeH, and have the witness of Yahvshua Mashiyach.

Revelation/Raz Galah:14:11: And the smoke of their torment ascends up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receives the mark of his name.

Those that receive the mark of the beast reject YaHVeH's commandments including HIS Sabbaths/rest/seasons and have replaced them with pagan man made Satan motivated customs/times:

Daniy`Yah/Daniel: 7:25:  And he shall speak great words against the most HIGH, and shall wear out the kadoshiym of the most HIGH, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Revelation/Raz Galah:14:12: Here is the patience of the kadoshiym: here are they that keep the commandments of YaHVeH, and the belief of Yahvshua.

Revelation/Raz Galah: 18:4: and I heard another voice from Shamayim, saying, Come out of her, MY people, that you all be not partakers of her sins, and that you all receive not of her plagues.

2Thessolonians: 2:3: Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

2 Thes: 2:4: Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called YaH, or that is worshiped; so that he as god sits in the temple/heykal of YaHVeH showing himself that he is god.

The weekly 7th day Sabbath is NOT determined by the new Chodesh! Creation week began before the Sun, moon and stars were created (B`reshiyth/Gen. 1:14-19), this time was set in motion when the Word of YaHVeH/Yahvshua the Messiyah (before He came in the flesh Yahn/Yohn 1:1-3) began to create. Those that are teaching that the weekly 7th day Sabbath is determined by the new Chodesh are in great error and sin and need to repent! See article for more details:

It was during the time of Constantine 1 (he was the "son of perdition" at that time) when the "falling away" began, especially when he convened the Nicaean Council (5306 FCA/325 CE); according to the Extrapolated Time-line it has been 1,698 (as of 7004*/5784/2023) years since that time, and the people are even more Hellenized than during the reign of the Maccabees (Epiphanies IV), the time is near for the "son of perdition" (he will be coming from Turkey); just before the return of our Rabbi Yahvshua; to be revealed.

Right now believers can still participate in the political system in the USA, but that time looks like it will be ending soon, if the Constitution is not up held by the legal system by which the criminal and civil laws determine criminal prosecution of offenders and affirms our Elohiym given rights and freedoms. Those laws were established by much of the moral and civil law written in the Kodesh Scriptures and the commonsense that comes from the study of nature/natural environment. If that time comes then we must come out of the Babylonian political governmental system, and should be examining ourselves to make sure we are not participating in the Babylonian religious system, which Christianity unfortunately has replaced YaHVeH’s Calendar (Dan.7:25) with a Babylonian Solar Calendar. The Calendar that is observed today was created by Roman Catholicism; which many other denominations of Christianity follow. Such as the Christian Eastern Orthodox “Church”, Coptic, Mormonism, “Jehovah Witness”, Seventh Day Adventist, Protestantism and any other “Christian” religion that says they keep the Sabbaths but continue to call on the blasphemous names titles and words that the previous mentioned man made religions do. The next man made religion would be Talmud "Judaism?, which includes “traditional Judaism” (they used Hillel 2 reckoning of time) that continues to reject the Messiah’s first coming in the flesh and do call on YaHVeH’s name through HIS Ben Yahvshua, and have done as Christianity has done and replaced them with blasphemous names. Next is Cabbalism/Kabbalah; then Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Scientology and any other man made religion and or secret societies, which includes college fraternities and sororities; and let us not forget Freemasonry. You must come out of this organization and judge it for what it is, and that is that it is against Yahvshua the Messiyah and YaHVeH's commandments, and that it has held great influence over the USA government and the world governments and that it rejects YaHVeH and Yahvshua’s names and HIS commandments, which includes HIS Sabbaths (Rev. 11:19; 12:17; 14:12). Freemasonry is similar to Roman Catholicism in that it accepts you if you worship some type of higher being; it could be "god", "allah", "Ishtar"/"Easter", "Mary"/"queen of heaven", "Apollo"/"Zeus"/"Iesous"/"Jesus"/"baal"/"LORD" etc... Now the difference in Roman Catholicism and Freemasonry is that Roman Catholicism tries to cover up the pagan origins of its belief and attribute them to the Iybriy/Hebrew Lion of the tribe of Yahudah of the root of David (Rev. 5:5) Yahvshua the Mashiyach Ben YaHVeH, which makes it a very diabolical organization indeed!

The symbol for the Body of Yahvshua is not the pagan cross, it's the seven branch menorah/candlesticks.

Revelation/Raz Galah: 1:20 : the mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the malakiym of the seven called out congregations: and the seven candlesticks which you saw are the seven called out congregations.
